Overall I must say it was a great experience. The initial sales person ****, was very detailed in regards to what options were available, what to expect, what type of materials and a timeframe for which it will be installed. The crew worked professionally and fast. There was a small issue with a little bit of damage, but thats not always avoidable, especially when you have big chunks of old roofing and materials flying from that high up.. One suggestion would be to make sure that the vents coming out of the roof are in the right location, over the correct room. unfortunately one was a little bit further over than it shouldve been, but the person that ended up connecting the exhaust tubing was able to make it work. The roof Is really beautiful and so far so good! I would recommend them.Erie Home

i have a roof installed by erie. the cost was very high. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. TRIED TO GET THEM TO FIX A PROBLEM WITH THEIR INSTALLATION. THEY RETURNED NO CALLS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE **** SAID NO ONE THERE TO TAKE MY CALL. CALL BACK LATER. TRIED TO CALL SEVEN TIMES GOT SAME RESPONCE WHICH WAS NOTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THERE IS MORE TO THE SAD STORY. QUESTIONS JUST EMAIL ME AND I WILL GIVE YOU MY NUMBER.Erie Home

Thank you Erie Home and ****** and his crew for a terrific job that was professionally done. They cleaned up nicely. We are very satisfied with our new roof. Fiberglass is definitely an upgrade for us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.Erie Home

Erie did a fantastic job on our roof on our 4 story 250 year old home. Needless to say, it was not an easy job, but the Erie team was able to adapt their modern materials to 250 year old uneven Limestone walls and chimneys in a very thorough and successful manner. They spent three days making their work water tight, and we are so very pleased! Would highly recommend!Erie Home
