The crew was very professional and prompt. The work was quick and efficient. They called the day before to schedule and were done in less than 6 hours after arriving. The roof on my home looks great!Erie Home

Initial contact was due to my request and they responded in professional and courteous manner. After negotiations and agreement, appointment was made based on my availability. Workers showed up on time and completed roof in one long day. Area was cleaned and patio furniture replaced after it was moved. Roof looks good and have received good comments from neighbor.Erie Home

The salesman did not try to up sale me, as he listened to our needs.
The roofing crew was very fast and efficient.
Erie sent a second crew to ensure the roof was done in one day, since a line of heavy rain that was not forecasted was forecasted the following morning after they started the roof job.
The installation supervisor in the office kept me informed through the day on the progress. This was nice since I could not go outside during the installation.
The field crew foreman was very nice to talk with when he showed up to review and for me to sign off.
The people I delt with are amazing and felt like we were friends and not customer / a number and service provider.Erie Home

The crew worked really well together they almost finished it all in one day they came back the next day and finished the roof up they had me look everything over to make sure everything was all cleaned up to my SatisfactionErie Home

Great people to work with. My roof was put on less than a month after initial contact. Installation crew was fast and thorough. Done in 2 days and after cleanup I couldn't tell they were there except for my new roof.Erie Home
