On a rating scale of 1 - 5, I give them a 10. First off, salesman actually showed up for appointment on time. A rarity today because We've been stiffed repeatedly. Crew showed up at 7:30 am and was gone at 8:30 pm. What happened in between was nothing short of amazing. Laser focused, each had portion of house or garage and these gentlemen went to work. Courteous, professional, experienced roofers. my husband and I could not believe our eyes. We were delivered everything promised and more. In and out in 13 hours on our huge house and garage project. Expert clean-up.
This was the best house project EVER and we've done a complete house remodel.
Can't say enough wonderful things about their total quality work and professionalism.

Absolutely great customer service! I couldn't recommend this company enough to anyone looking for a new roof for their home. Steve our sales rep was highly knowledgeable and very thorough in his explanation, between that and the quality of work and materials offered it was a no brainer. Materials came the day before installation, and the next day I had a new roof before dinner time! Don't look anywhere else if you need a new roof, you have found the best right here with ERIE, 6 out of 5 stars!!!Erie Home

Overall, the process went smooth. Mother Nature wasn't very cooperative. Still finished in two days. Very happy with the finished product. Can already tell the difference with the A/C upstairs. At least four degrees cooler. Clean up was good. The installers were very polite and efficient. Would definitely recommend.Erie Home

I think Erie Construction is great at what they do. They did a great job on my roof. I will recommend this company to anybody that need to get a new roof. The worker did a great job and again thank everyone for a job well done.Erie Home

Erie Home reshingled my 1951 home. The salesperson put me at ease and stayed in my comfort zone . The install crew was amazing to watch and I needed to do only minimal clean up when they were finished. I'd recommend Erie Homes.Erie Home

4 starsWe got quality work done that was quick and efficient. The two salesmen were professional and explained everything in great detail. The roof looks great now! I was a little disappointed with the installers though. They tore off the roof and threw all the debris onto the ground before they threw it in the dumpster. This left shingles, nails, and other debris all over our yard basically trapping us inside. We had no clear path out any door except across all the debris. I called the on-site manager and voiced my concerns and they had the mess cleared up by the end of the day. Overall I was pleased.Review fromCarla S

Erie did a great job on our roof! The sales team gave a great presentation, were knowledgeable, explained our options, helped with the financing. The project manager came early to drop off the dump trailer and then the crew showed up and worked fast, long and hard to complete that day. It was awful hot and we shared water with them on their breaks. There was a huge mess and then it was gone and we had a great looking new roof with an added ridge vent and all the holes closed up and vents replaced. They even built the frames and installed our new glass see-through skylights replacing our old bump opaque ones. We are very happy. Will definitely check into them when we're ready to replace windows too.Erie Home
