      I keep receiving calls all labeled HBW LEADS. I have blocked about 5 numbers from them but they keep coming back with different numbers. Daily I get about 3-5 calls and have resorted to do not disturb on my phone and Id rather not. Stop calling.

      I am extremely frustrated with this company. Several years ago I tried to get a drywall contractor to contact me in my area. Ignorantly, I used HBW leads. I never actually got a contractor to contact me but I did get 3 to 4 calls a day from different numbers all telemarketing and its been going on for years. I keep blocking each number, but the calls keep coming. I thought I was on the do not call list, but just to ensure I placed myself on the do not call list again. I am not well and these phone calls are actually harming my mental health at this point. Please someone help me -I cant figure out how to get off their call list. I have asked on three different occasions when I actually did answer the phone to please be removed off of their list and they say that they received my information from some other place. They have no control over the information. Im at my **** end -I want the calls to stop. I dont feel that I should have to change my phone number that is linked to all of my personal and professional information to get these people to stop calling me. BBB, please help.

      Filed complaint about constant calls on 4/20/23. A response was issued saying my phone number was added to their DNC list. I considered this a viable solution, the problem was resolved. Since then (less than a week later) I have still received several calls from multiple numbers from this business. I want them to stop contacting me.

      We have not called **********. We looked through all of our databases and don't show this number anywhere. The other numbers that are calling you are other companies. If you register your number on the National Do Not Call it might stop them from calling you.

      HBW Leads calls my cell phone 1-3 times a day, everyday and when I answer to ask to be placed on the do not call list, theres no response or person on the line to fulfill my request. I would like to be placed on their do not call list, please.
