      Great product, but terrible costumer service. Nature Stone workers spread our stone uneven on our back patio. We have taken pictures and spoke with the salesman and their warranty office, stating they would get back to us. No word from Nature Stone. I have contacted their warranty office and was told they have a new warranty person working and would be reaching out to us. No one called us. My wife and I have called, sent emails and pictures and was told management would contact us. No word from Mangement and this has been going on since June 2024

      I apology for not responding to this sooner, but we just received notification from the BBB today. We contacted the customer immediately after being notified and are working to remedy the issue. Thank you.

      Nature Stone was out today to seal my garage floor and repair a couple areas under warranty. the workers were diligent and did a great job. Thanks to ****** for setting it all up. We have enjoyed the product and the service we have received.

      Product does not last. I needed the topcoat replaced after 11 months because it did not last. It has now been 24 months and need another topcoat because of discoloration and drying out. I went in and talked with an employee at the ******** facility about getting a new topcoat for my sidewalk and was informed, I had 10 years of warranty and I needed to put it into a warranty claim to get reimbursed. I told the employee about the the situation and it was 2 years old. **************** might be the worst that I have ever dealt with. Takes 2+ weeks to yet into contact with anyone from warranty claims. I never received a response from warranty claim until I called the office and left a voicemail for the claim. I was called the next day by an employee and was told it was not under warranty and I said they needed to inform their employees about misrepresenting the warranty and she hung up on me. Naturestone has one of the worst customer services that I have ever seen. Not to mention, the sidewalk with naturestone is now untreated and looks terrible because of the discoloring.I would highly discourage anyone from getting naturestone. It is not a good product and the customer service is abysmal.

      Thank you for this review. Unfortunately, it is not fully accurate. The customer's warranty expired over a year ago. The customer is well aware of this and was provided with a copy of the warranty at the time of installation. When the customer spoke to our representative, he was very disrespectful and used threatening and vulgar language. That is why our representative decided to end the phone call. That said, maintaining outdoor Nature Stone is a simple process. We make our material available through our online DIY store and provide easy to follow instructions. The customer is welcome to visit our store where I am sure he will find whatever he needs to maintain his Nature Stone and keep looking great.

      Two stars because the installation team is exceptional. However, their customer service in simple terms, stinks. This is year two of filing a warranty claim for DIY top coat materials (which are under warranty) and having to hound Naturestone to even respond. We can't get anyone to call us back. Filled out the form, called multiple times and left voicemails, emailed and still nothing. It's been 2 months since we filed the latest warranty claim.

      Not recommended. Worst customer service experience ever. Poor quality product. Expensive to install and does not hold up. Installed on our pool deck and initial install failed so badly it had to be replaced at their expense. Already showing signs of deterioration after one year. Contacted a different company to recoat.

      We are sorry to have received this review. We are fortunate to have thousands and thousands of very satisfied customers in all of the markets we service. Our customer service department is highly rated for our responsiveness and how we treat our customers like family. In this case, the customer was not happy with an installation we completed on his pool deck. Quite frankly, the installation was perfect, but the customer complained he was experiencing some issues with his pool ladders after we completed the installation. Because customer satisfaction is our highest priority, we completely reinstalled his job at no charge. The initial installation was done about 5 years ago, and the reinstallation was done over 3 years ago. The customer has not contacted us with any specific issues since then.

      I submitted a claim on Thursday, got a call from Evonne P. with customer service on Friday, and had the product on Saturday via Fedex. Thank you Nature Stone employees for the excellent service. That's how it's done.

      They did a wonderful job last year on my porch. It is beautiful. At that time they offered to seal it the following year, which is now. I emailed them and requested appointment. I was scheduled for this service with no problems. Since it wasn't in writing, I wasn't sure if it would pan out. It did and I am very happy with the install and the customer service.
