  (Jerome Jemison & Josh Richardson) are treating me like a brand new customer. The floor has been one of the best investments I have made.

  We had Nature Stone installed in our garage this past June. We love it! The installation was completed same day and we were advised to let it cure for a couple of days before we parked our cars in the garage. It looks beautiful and really adds to the look of our home.

  Austin did a wonderful job resealing my garage floor! He is a kind & courteous, young man! Nature Stone stands behind their product and offers lifetime resealing. Great product! My garage looks like it was just installed!

  On February 07, 2017 we had a basement and garage installation. I just love my basement. The garage has had some problems. I sent in a warranty claim form on June 6, 2022 stating that parts of the floor were whiting and chipping away at garage door, pictures were also sent with the claim. I did not hear from Nature Stone. I called and was told they were short staffed and were not making appointments until the spring of 2023. Again I made more calls and left messages, no one got back to me I finally received a call with an apology and they would send someone out on July 14, 2023. A tech did come on the July 15, 2023. My husband was told parts of the floor would have to be taken up and new put down, he did not have the materials to do it that day. No one called to set a date for the repairs. I finally received a call on August 18, 2023 after I sent an email about my concerns. I was promised this would be taken care on the August 31st. Again no one came and no call. This is unacceptable. Very poor customer service. I would like to receive a response and the repairs to be completed. I am extremely upset with Nature Stone. Their product is great but their communications are unreliable.

  I have to apologize because our records indicate something very different. First, we heard from the customer late in the year in 2022, at which time our service department was shut down for the winter season. We offered the customer free DIY material at that time, but the customer declined. We did not hear back from the customer again until Friday, August 18, 2023, at 9:04am, when we received an email from the customer requesting service on her garage. We responded to the customer almost immediately and let her know she needed to submit a warranty claim since her garage floor still carried an unconditional warranty for several more years. We never received any warranty claim from the customer, nor did we hear back from the customer in any way until receiving this review. We will contact the customer at our earliest convenience to again request that she submit a warranty claim. Thank you.

  Awful! Stay away. Especially for outside work. They promise all this customer service and tech help when you sign contract but now they have no one to come out and fix the ugly holes and cracks and no one to top coat they leave you out to dry and my pool deck looks terrible. Product was nice for like 2 yrs then after that it sucks. And that’s me topcoating it myself every year too which is a pain in the butt. DON’T Go here. There has to be a better solution for your outdoor space…Oh and the outside service contractors they have NEVER RETURN CALLS. This was a giant waste of money

  The consumer contacted us to perform correcting work for free under warranty. We informed the consumer that his warranty expired years ago, but we are happy to provide him with DIY materials and a list of contractors who he can contact to do the work if he prefers. The consumer is using this platform in a dishonest way to attempt to extort free correcting work from us even though his installation is many years old, and his warranty expired long ago. We have always responded to this consumer and honored his warranty when it was active. As we told the consumer in this case, we are happy to furnish him with DIY materials and a list of contractors who can assist him. Thank you.

  The team of Rick, Jesse & Jamal(?) Just left our home after doing an excellent job in our back porch!!! 3 thumbs up!!! They were courteous, respectful, efficient and answered all my questions. We already love our new flooring; the color is as expected. Between them I believe there's 44 years experience...
  At this writing we highly recommend Nature Stone Flooring. Cole who came to give our estimate initially was also top notch. The office people contacted us to remind us of our initial appointment and our actual install appointment. The entire process has been seamless. Thank you!

  Love my Nature Stone garage installation. But love the customer service even better. The Customer Service Manager named Jerome was extremely helpful and provided me helpful tips on maintaining my install. In fact, he went over and above by emailing everything I need to know about maintenance and my 10 year warranty. Every time I called for service he answers with the same great demeanor. So, kudos to Nature Stone. Their the best!
