  I purchased Nature Stone for my basement from Darlene ******** she was very straightforward and professional.
  Additionally, I had a repair to do on a garage floor that I had nature stone on for over 10 years . She was very quick to give us a quote and very fast to get the project completed.
  Darlene ******** is an asset to Nature Sttone.

  We recently had our porch covered with nature stone. After many years of replacing carpeting we have found a permanent fix. It is beautiful. Thank you to our sales rep Darlene M for her knowledge of their product and for her professionalism. Thank you to Justin and Nick who did the install, awesome work..thanks also for the follow up calls and your customer service much appreciated. We will definitely recommend..

  Nature Stone installed a new floor in the garage of the home I recently purchased. The original garage floor had cracks, breaks and dips was was in very poor condition.
  Tyler A., our sales representative, was very knowledgeable and worked with me to make sure it was a good fit for my needs. He kept in touch with me through the entire process and never failed to respond to my calls/emails.
  The gentleman who did the actual install, Kenny, went above and beyond. He was very personable and finished the work in a very timely manner. He was respectful of my property and took care of all cleanup without incident.
  My garage floor looks great and I know it added value to my property.

  This is our second time working with Nature Stone. Our sales rep, Tyler was incredibly thorough and professional and answered all of our questions about the installation process. Our installers, Kenny & John did a fantastic job and had a great conversation with my husband Max during the install. We highly recommend this company.

  Nature Stone was a lifesaver when we had flooding in our basement. We also experienced some sewage backup when our sump pump failed. Nature Stone was the perfect solution because it could be cleaned and disinfected without having to be replaced. It was well worth what we paid vs. replacing carpet over and over. It gave us peace of mind that it would be a permanent flooring solution in our basement.

  I had nature stone come out to give me a bid on a patio Ray the salesman was very helpful We had many issues with cracking and uneven slabs and he answered all my questions we set up a date for install in May the saturday before Memorial Day Ken and his crew came out and was very friendly and they worked on my patio for 8 hrs non stop was very impressed 2 Days later I had a party on my new patio It is now 4 mts later and still looks Brand New Thank you Nature stone Will be calling you later for another project

  Nature Stone is truly the best garage and basement surface to have! Having slipped and broken my knee cap on a painted/epoxy floor - Nature Stone is safe, great to walk on even in bare feet, easy to clean and gorgeous!
  Worth every penny! Neighbors are jealous!

  On July 15th, 2022 we signed a contract to have a 20x16 concrete patio covered with nature stone. The contracted price was $4827. The installation date was to be Aug 18th. No one showed up to install the flooring. We made several attempts to find out what was going on, including 4 calls to the the Perrysburg office and 2 to our sales rep. They said that we were on the schedule for that day and would check into it and call us back. They did not call and to this day, Sept 16, we have heard nothing from them. Don't understand how you maintain a viable business with such poor customer service.
