      I would never recommend this company, they do not have customer service to assist you with the help you need and they do not return calls or make efforts to contact you.
      I had a floor installation completed on 4/07/2022, I've contact them within a week of the installation as a chemical odor has been lingering in the sun porch and I have a 3yr old child I was concerned about.. After numerous calls and finally getting a hold of someone they started with sending me a "pet odor eliminator" which I followed all instructions and completed. This did not work so I then began trying to get in contact with someone again and finally on 08/09 they sent a gentleman out by the name of Ken who said he's never smelt such a thing.. and asked if windows have been opened etc to help the odor be removed.. which they have been every single day when it wasn't raining since the odor lingering. He asked us to run a dehumidifier and explained maybe their was moisture in the air... and the installers may have spilt the chemical underneath the floor and it could be trapped under there. After a week of running he advised to call back which led to gentleman Troy coming out.. he immediately said again this isn't our floors odor and advised again there was no odor, nothing in this room prior to the installation and he advised he would go to corporate to see what can be done and call me that week.... NOTHING.... I then had the battle of trying to get in touch with any human and finally I got a hold of Troy... who asked why I was calling???....I never heard back? This is not impacting my 3yr olds health. He said again it wasn't their floor and I said then come take this floor out and give me the full refund because I guarantee once that floor is up and removed there will be no odor! He is supposed to get back in touch with me via email... Which I doubt will happen again. I would not like the Owners Russel M and Toni M to help me resolve this. No one should be breathing in these chemical odors!

      We completely understand the customer’s frustration and prior to this review being received, we contacted the customer and expressed several concerns to her. First, our notes reflect that this issue was initially brought to our attention two months after her installation. We would have anticipated that if the odor were present through the months of April and/or May, the customer would have contacted us earlier and on numerous occasions.
      Second, although our epoxy does have a slight odor to it in its raw form, once our epoxy cures there will no longer be an odor. In this regard, the customer’s floor would have been cured in no more than 48 hours. Further, the epoxy that we manufacturer is made from 100 percent solid materials. We do not use any VOCs or other chemicals in our epoxy. We know of no other flooring epoxy that can make such a claim. Consequently, once the floor is cured the floor will be odor free.
      Moreover, our Pittsburgh manager inspected the floor and he found the floor to be completely cured. Further, he got down and his hands and knees at the floor surface. He found no odor being secreted from the NATURE STONE® floor. Thus, any odor that the customer is experiencing would not be from our product.
      Finally, it is our understanding that the customer had several contractors at her house performing work. It is possible that the odor that the customer is experiencing is from their work. Further, if they or someone else spilled some type of liquid on her NATURE STONE® Floor, this liquid would travel through the NATURE STONE® floor and settle on the concrete base. As stated to the customer, her contract specifically informed her that NATURE STONE® “Is a porous product allowing dampness/moisture to breathe through and is not intended as a waterproofing product.”
      Nonetheless, prior to this review being received, we informed the customer that we would like to have our chemist review this situation for her. Unfortunately, our chemist is scheduled to have a medical procedure and he will be out on leave and unavailable until he returns during the week of September 19, 2022.

      The company only reached out to me after I submitted my post. I received an email only Friday September 9th 8:40AM.
      When this floor was completed the installers told me not to walk on it for 24 hours.. when I noticed an odor I started opening windows on sunny days and letting things air out when I could. I did reach out to the office and always went into a Rochelle’s voicemail when I never heard back after MULTIPLE calls I finally submitted something over online and a Mike reached out to me and was going to send me a “Pet Odor Eliminator”
      I’m a single full time working mother who can only make calls in her free time. I want a healthy living environment for my child and this room is not healthy with the chemical odor lingering.
      I’ve never once been offered for a chemist to come out, I was only offered in the email Friday. I’ve gotten to the point I asked for this floor the be fully refunded and ripped up because I know that odor won’t be there once that floor is gone! The finger just continues to be pointed rather than them actually taking accountability. Again trying to state their floors would never cause this odor.. and that I may have had contractors spill on my floor Haha… no one and I mean no one has been in that room working. They were the last individuals to do any work in that room and the odor wasn’t there prior to their work. This room only has access to the back yard and no one would go out that way.

      Again, our patent-pending epoxy formulation has NO VOCs and does NOT give off any type of lingering odor, chemical or otherwise. Nature Stone has successfully been installed in over 80,000 homes and we have never had a single complaint about any lingering chemical odor. There just isn't any such odor associated with Nature Stone flooring. Further, we inspected the floor and there was NO odor. The person who inspected the floor what so far as to get down on his hands and knees to smell the floor itself and could find NO odor. As such, we can only conclude that the reviewer is either lying or whatever odor she is experiencing is coming from somewhere else.

      I’m sorry, this company is very unprofessional in their responses and if my floor installation would have been perfect I wouldn’t need to TRUTHFULLY state my complaint. There is an odor, and your company ad previously noted!!! Tried to send me a “PET ODOR ELIMINATOR SPRAY” to try when there are no pets on the property! I was supposed to get a call last week 9/19-9/23 for someone to come out and I never heard a thing, here we are a new week later so let’s see how this goes! I’ve never had to deal with a company like this and because I actually wanted to make my complaint public like the other 40+ you want to state I’m a LIAR. Meanwhile your company can’t even handle all their complaints that they now have a voice operating system that only takes you to a voicemail for no return calls. This is all just a terrible experience to start with the management, legal counsel or whoever you have answering your negative reviews you are disrespectful to the public, public eye who keeps your business up and running… let them all see how you treat your “clients” by calling them liars. I just want my floor fixed, I shouldn’t have to live with that odor in my home!

      We had Nature Stone installed in our sunroom in July of 2019 and loved it. We later had an issue with an odor (possibly from mildew and/or pet odor) and called and ordered Yaya and paid for next day shipping. It didn't arrive until 6 days later. When it didn't arrive within 2 days, I called Nature Stone and they advised they would refund my shipping fee...which was never done. The odor was still there so we steam cleaned the floor (at their direction) and also power washed it. The odor was still there. Their employee arrived to apply the top coat and advised us to call the company and have them send out more of their Yaya cleaner. We made numerous calls which were never returned. We finally spoke to someone and they stated they would have someone bring us 2 bottles of Yaya the next day. That didn't happen. We called back numerous times and finally left a message which was never returned but the next day we found 3 bottles of Yaya on our front porch. Today, I spoke with someone to schedule the top coat and they said I had to go online and fill out the Warranty Claim to get this done. I didn't have our Contract number so I called them back. The person I spoke with was very rude and not helpful. I explained all the issues we'd had with them in the past couple of months and was told again I needed to fill out the Warranty Claim and add pictures which I hadn't done when we scheduled the original appointment in July. The person started to say they were ending the call with me and that I needed to follow the procedure and I hung up. They are not an easy company to work with and we wouldn't advise using this company.

      Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As with most reviews on this platform, the information provided by the reviewer is highly inaccurate. First, we do not sell the **** cleaning products. That being said, we do recommend the **** cleaning products to our customers and have had nothing but positive experiences with them reported back to us. The cleaner the reviewer received was the **** Pet Odor Eliminator. The only possibility we can think as to why it did not work for the reviewer is that the odor was not a pet odor. As far as any refund of the shipping cost for the cleaner is concerned, the reviewer would need to take that up with the company they purchased the cleaner from. Next, we did not recommend or advise the reviewer to use a steam cleaner. On July 27, 2022, the reviewer told us that they purchased a steam cleaner because they did not want to pay to have their floors professionally cleaned. We can only assume that the reviewer was referring to all of the flooring in their home and not just their sunroom flooring. During that same conversation, the reviewer insisted that we apply a topcoat for them at no charge. The reviewer was asked to submit a warranty claim because they have a warranty for both material and labor that runs through July 3, 2029. As of today, we have never received a warranty claim from the reviewer. We also tried to call the reviewer back at some later time to further assist them, but the number they provided did not ring or allow for a voicemail to be left. Finally, we have no recollection of being rude to the reviewer in any way, nor do we recall hanging up the phone on the reviewer. Quite the contrary, actually. The reviewer was being very rude to our front office staff and hung the phone up on one of them. That is why we attempted to call the reviewer back, but could not get through. However, if the reviewer felt the exchange was anything less than professional on our part, we apologize and look forward to helping the reviewer in the future. Thank you.

      First...thank you so much for the refund of the shipping fee which was promised to me. It was received from Nature Stone on the same day the above response was posted.
      Second...Yes, I was rude and I stated that I hung up on the person I was speaking to. I don't know what phone number they attempted to call back but evidently it was not my phone number.
      Third...we are weighing our options as to whether to submit a Warranty Claim for the top coat or to have another type of flooring installed over the Nature Stone.

      I would never consider Nature Stone They take your money and run. No Service and if any its a fly by night outfit, Had a garage floor installed and 2 foot was outside the door in the sunlight. was told it was guaranteed and needed top coated every year. well they do not respond and my only option is fix it my self. Don't let then give you the will get back to you! Its been 4 years. Pretty much put the product down get paid and don't answer the phone.
      I'm stuck dealing with this myself.

      We are sorry to have received this review. The reviewer had an installation in 2018. We have not heard from the reviewer since 2019. The reviewer has an unconditional warranty on both material and labor through June 15, 2028. If the reviewer has a warranty claim, it was never brought to our attention. The reviewer is welcome to submit a warranty claim and we will certainly process it in the normal course.

      Our garage floor was sealed for the third time today. Our garage floor has been down for ten years, and it looks like brand new. Brian Kisner did an outstanding job and was extremely professional.

      I’d like to let you know that I’m so pleased with my new Nature Stone garage floor.
      The representative who came to the house and showed the various colors etc. was so helpful and set up the date for the installation.
      The three-man team came on time and did a great job of putting down the new floor.
      There were some communication problems after the floor was installed that were promptly taken care of when I contacted Russ Masetta directly.
      The Nature Stone floor makes the garage look brand new. I would highly recommend the whole process.

      My installers quite professional, on time, knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived at about noon and left at 4pm. We had the work done 3 months ago. The floor is gorgeous and cleans up easily. Would like to do garage and front porch eventually. Just wanted to say thanks to Nick our installer.

      I would also leave a NO Star review if possible.
      We loved the product when it was installed but in year 2 it is faded and discolored and service for their sealant is non existent.
      We have also rescheduled several times last year and several times this year and are now told they ate closed for the year owing to lack of staff.
      So very disappointed.
      We do NOT recommend this product or company.

      Our apologies. The customer was scheduled to have service performed in May, 2021. The customer cancelled the service at that time. The customer contacted us in August, 2022, to again schedule service. Unfortunately, our service schedule is booked through the remainder of the outdoor season and we asked the customer to contact us back next spring. We also shared with the customer that we will extend his warranty through 2023, and complete any necessary service work at no charge. It should be noted that the service work the customer is requesting are a cleaning and a topcoat. Cleanings are obviously the customer's responsibility. We have yet to determine if the job requires a topcoat, but if it does, we are happy to take care of it under the customer's warranty. Thank you.

      If there was a No Star Review That's What They Would get For the Service they provided. Installed June 27th, told me they would be here in a day or two to take down the forms. I finally called them July 5th that the forms were still up. Told me that someone named Justin would be here July 7th. Waited all day, nothing. Finally emailed them and he told them he wasn't going to make it but would be here July 8th the following day rain or shine- cancelled yet again.
      After numerous cancellations they finally sent a tech July 11th which it was his first day on the job. Informed me he couldn't fix any issues. After numerous more calls they said someone would be here July 25th to fix the Indents in the porch sides from the boards that were left up too long, the sloping front step and some other problem areas after they took the boards off. They then Cancelled. Rescheduled for August 1st. August 1st They cancel because the guy that was coming was fired. Rescheduled August 8th. Cancelled yet again today. Most of the time they cancelled they claimed it was due to weather but it wasn't even raining. Called today since they cancelled and was informed it would be September 15th before they came. I said that was not acceptable and their customer service Rep. was rude.
      I would NEVER recommend this product or company based on my own experience and the fact that they keep putting me off and don't seem to care that the installers did a shabby job at best. I believe part of the problem to be the fact they left the form boards up so long as there are indents in the nature stone product where the boards were up.
      I am hoping they follow through and show up by this weekend to actually make the needed repairs and that they don't just keep cancelling on me.
      They were sure quick to take our payment but not so quick at finishing up the job.

      We are sorry to have received this from the consumer. We certainly understand her frustration and can sympathize as we are equally frustrated with the weather delays. Unfortunately, we cannot do outdoor work in the rain. As such, we typically reschedule outdoor work when there is a better than 30% chance of rain in a given area. We realize that the weather reports do not always get it right, but we tend to err on the side of caution given the issues that could arise when outdoor work gets wet and doesn't receive its full drying time. I can assure you that we have been in constant communication with this customer and have rescheduled with her each time due to an unusual amount of inconvenient weather delays. We will continue to stay on top of this until we get the situation rectified. As far as payment was concerned, we did accept payment in the normal course when the job was completed. The customer only remitted payment after inspecting the completed job. Whatever issues may occur today were brought to our attention sometime after the job was completed and will be taken care of under the customer's unconditional warranty. Thank you.
