March of this year I had Patio Enclosures enclosed my breeze way and there were manufacture defects and installation defects and incomplete parts installations. I have given Patio enclosure multiple try's to repair and installing final door handles and repairing installation defects with a window stem wall and door frame which is still damaged and the stem wall and window frame is still out of square. they had been out here multiple times to install locking door handles and sealing up water leaks in the room. The water leaks seam to have stopped but we have not had much rain since they came out last. they did not repair the out of square wall/window frame.
I have Emailed my sales rep ******* ******** the sales process supervisor multiple times and I still have no resolution to the issues. After the last repair guy came out and could not install simple door handles and told me that the door would have to come out to replace the door base track and the both windows on the support wall would have to come out to try to square the wall plate I communicated to ******* That at this point I did not believe they could repair the issues without causing other issues since it took them $ times to come out and keep the room from leaking. I requested the door handle be put on and a refund of $2000.00 I would live with the windows being out of square but if the door track failed and damaged the door rollers they would still be under their lifetime warranty. I have been very patient with them and have given them multiple times to come and repair the room. They have wasted my time over and over.

************************************* installed a screened enclosure with a solid roof over my existing deck in January, 2022. There has been a consistent water leak inside the enclosure every time it rains since it was first installed. I have called them dozens of times regarding this leak, and they have sent out repair crews approximately 6 times since then, yet they have still failed to correct the leak. In addition, they have made at least 8 appointments with me to have workers repair the leak and not shown up or called. Each time I call them to let them know their crews have not repaired the leak, it takes them several weeks to schedule another supposed repair visit. The installation has a one-year warranty, and I believe they are purposefully delaying the work in an attempt to run out the warranty period. Yet the leak has existed since the initial installation and it was never repaired, so they installed a faulty product. Because of the fact that it is a water leak, I can only test whether each attempted repair has actually worked when it rains. I fear that this year&#**;s rainy season will end before they actually repair the leak, and that they will not honor the warranty. On one of their visits, the repair crew members told me that the leak was in my roof and not a problem with their work. I have had both a roof repair company and a gutter company come out and evaluate the situation, at my cost, and have been told by both that the problem is clearly not in my roof, but that they did not H333135**303835333834H or install the "super gutter" with enough capacity or slope to handle the amount of water coming off of my roof, and that they need to use waterproof insulation between the super gutter and the flashing, which is where it is leaking. I have had to keep a 5 gallon bucket under the leak for all this time in order to prevent the water from damaging the new flooring I installed over the deck.

      Mrs. ******,

Someone from our team will reach out to explain this further but our windows and our screens are two different entities. The faulty windows have been agreed to be replaced under warranty. The screens were not faulty and the damage to them was as stated by you, due to hail. Hope this provides some clarity and someone will be reaching out to speak with you to answer any questions.

Signed a contract to have my porch turned into an ALL SEASON Room. They had the paperwork approved from my HOA in early May, and said the materials were delivered in June. They scheduled installation at the end of June, then early July. They kept telling me that they were waiting on the electrician, and finally in late AUGUST, he came out to check out the job. They the company said that they were waiting on Pelham to issue the electrical permit. However, when I called Pelham, they told me that the contractor did not have a valid license.

The company then gave me an excuse that they needed to provide the CAD data to Pelham for the electrical license. That has been over 3 weeks, and still no CAD data. I had the district manager come to my house on Tuesday, and he said that he would call me back that day with information. this is Friday, and I have not received a call. I have called him several times a day, as well as calling the atlanta office, and the local sales person.

The local sales person, Nelson Watters, texted me this morning at 10:09 am, stating that John Stocksbury would call me within an hour. That time has passed.

I have looked up the corporate number and left a message for ******* *********. I am not sure what his title is but the receptionist gave me him.

Met with sales agent to discuss having a roof and enclosure built on deck. Company requests 1/3 of the project cost as down payment, 1/3 at project start and the final 1/3 on completion. The initial meeting took place in August of 2021. It is now August 2022 and work has not begun. Circumstances have changed and I no longer wish to have the work done. The only things that have taken place in the past year are an individual coming out to measure the area and those measurements being sent to CAD.
I have never received a contract of any kind (if one even exists) - I would like my down payment refunded as there is no contract and no work has started to date. 1 year later.

We have been attempting to contact you since the beginning of the month to provide clarity on this issue and we have received no response. Our calls are going unanswered. Please note that the copy of contract that we have provided to the BBB as well as to yourself is time stamped and signed. The date that this contract is signed is the date you received your copy. After signing and approval of the customer, our system auto-generates a email and sends a copy of the signed contract to the provided email. We do apologize that there have been some delays in your project but the cancelation policy is clear and binding once you have signed the contract, which you did. We are determined to complete the project to its full potential if you will allow us to. Thank you.

      *******************,

Thank you for reaching out. We would like to take the time to apologize and address the issues that have arose during your project. The initial order of parts for your room had some errors.  Once this was discovered upon arrival to our warehouse, we attempted to address and resolve this errors. At that point, you expressed that you would like our team members to leave the property. When we attempted to reinstall the correct product, you stated we were not allowed back onto your property without a police ****** and that you wanted us to remove any of the materials that were still there.  One of our team members was able to meet with you and you agreed to let us proceed. Shortly thereafter, you became upset again and unwilling to talk to anyone in our office.  Our regional manager was able to finally speak with you on July 25th, and your demand at that time was that we have an approved permit in place, a licensed electrician, and return all of your money until the job was complete.

You have been advised that we cannot return your money as the product is in our warehouse ready for us to install if you will allow us to do so.  According to our records, you have agreed to allow us to move forward. We just received approval on your permit and will be picking that up this week.  We are now able to get you on the schedule as soon as possible for your installation date. We appreciate your patience and we look forward to completing your room. Thank you.

Contracted with Great Day to construct a sunroom. Work was completed in December 2019. In 2020 we noticed that the floor was giving in certain areas when walked on. We notified Great Day, but they have not investigated what could be causing this. We just now discovered that the structure did not pass final inspection by the Town of ************ Building Department.

This job should never have been considered completed under the circumstances.

On 5/27/22 we signed a contract with Patio Enclosures to add a 3 season room to our home. It was decided that we would hire someone to do the cement and roof work. They were to remove an existing door and replace with a picture window also install a patio door on an existing wall. Also replace a bay window. All work was done. Upon completion the patio door had gaps and leaked. There was no molding put around the patio door or window. The bay window had water flowing into the house during a rain storm, Their man came out and put putty under the bay window to stop the water from flowing in, I found out later there is a crack in the frame, Im afraid of problems later. They said we would have the moldings by this last weekend, no one came or called. My numerous calls go unanswered. We are seeking a replacement bay window and moldings. So far a payment was made to them of $17,700.00, this includes a down payment of $6,300.00 for work yet to be completed when we have the roof and cement work completed.

Per contract - this company’s first appearance was on the last day of the two week window, promised. This included a new deck and sunroom, that per contract, should have been completed by last Friday. The deck is not complete, I’ve not seen anyone since last Wednesday, I have texted and emailed 3 different people, one of whom is a district manager?
I have also left voicemails with all 3 and I haven’t gotten anything but crickets. Their financing has them paid more than 75%, yet I have negative percentage satisfaction or functional deck for that matter. I was told I needed to remove existing deck myself, which I did, 95% of. Their first day was planned to remove it!
They have trashed my flower beds and yard, taken over half my driveway and I had to demand they get materials off my yard, that was killing the grass. An unsecured electrical cord has been just dangling for weeks.
This is just off the top of my head…

initial deck framing and modifications are completed.  The debris from our
work has been picked up and cleaned.  The job site is currently awaiting
electrical.  The electrical is planned for this week.  Once the
electrical is completed, we will move forward with insulating the deck and completing the room installation.  We
hope to be completed with this within the next two weeks.  This will be
weather and permit/inspection dependent.  It is also noted that you have requested we

I still have not received any contact information for the CEO of this company.

I nearly break my neck climbing over their mess. I NEED SATISFACTION YESTERDAY!

      Mrs. ******,

As mentioned to you by one of our team members who reached out, we have received the vendor paperwork from electrician. You are first on the list for
the electrical work to be completed.  Once that is completed, we will resume with the
remaining build.  We are determined to get your room completed as soon as possible. We apologize for the delays but we have been waiting for this paperwork from the electrician. Our team has been attempting to contact you to relay this information. We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

Based on the history, I have no reason to believe this. I will believe it when it happens. This is no different from anything they have told me so far. I only see this as just another way of juggling me, yet again. I can’t believe that a company this size cannot employ an electrician. I haven’t ever bought this excuse, even a month ago! I believe their poor management keeps getting them into a position where they have to run around like chickens with their heads cut off, putting out other customers’ “fires”!
I will NOT let up until I get SATISFIED!

this is the information I email to **************** in administration.Good morning,we talked on 6/23/22 regarding my incomplete enclosure that was built being built on 6/16,6/17 and 6/20/22.The screen panel and 18 inch glass was made to small. The panel missing leaving an opening. The 3 inch super foam wings missing siding for wall b and d.The ceiling look to low.The gutter was not re-routed per my request to the main gutter. You sent out your field supervisor ***** who did measurements which included floor to ceiling.***** stated the contract he saw did not have what my contract has.6/24/22 I had the building inspector leave on your voice mail the ceiling was to low and failed for the ceiling fan.7/14/22 called you regarding the low ceiling and informed you my contract has 116 inches at the hang point for height. You stated you did not see this.I requested you to check for the contract signed 6/21/21.you located it and realized the contractor was given the cancelled contract from 6/17/21.I informed you I want my enclosure built as I requested with the ceiling fan in the middle of the ceiling.7/15/22 you asked if I was open to options for the ceiling fan.I informed you I would not be open for options.7/20/22 you text asking if I would be open to having one or two wall fans and I would not.I understand you do not want to redo the ceiling.Walls c and d was all ready there and height is very tall.I believe the walls your company build should been taller than 7.5 allowing the 3 inch super foam ceiling to match the height needed for the 116 inches for the ceiling fan. Also the permit was issue 5/3/22 and will expire 11/3/22 according to the contract approximate installation time is 14 to 16 weeks. Please attached this text to my file.thank you.As of 8/9/22 I have made three payments a total of $25,470 and will pay the balance of ******** when job is completed.Contract job # is *****.As of 8/9/2022 I have not been contact by upper management or ******.

      ***************,

As one of our team members explained during their call with you, we want to clarify that you anticipating our crew returning on 8/30 was a misunderstanding. Your material is set to arrive on 8/31. We have scheduled with you a start date of 9/6. Someone with our team will follow up with you the end of the week of 8/29 to reconfirm. We are within a 9 day time frame to provide these updates to yourself and the BBB, so we are unable to wait until that day to provide a reply. Thank you.
