This restaurant in ************ is so slow! The orders are never ready on time. Its always, pull into a parking area and wait, wait and wait! Im so fed up with the service here. I dont think I will be a customer in the future!!!!Business Response

My husband ordered a 40+$ food order and never received it. They still charged his card for the all of the money even after acknowledging that we never received the order. We called two days later for a refund we were told 24hours by costumer service. We waited another 5 days still no refund. I called again and we were told that the case was escalated and we would hear back ”very soon”. 3 more days later still NOTHING. We are regular customers who deserve a refund for not receiving an order.Business Response

I went to the McDonald's at **** ******* **** ** ******** ** and was so scared for my life. You would Not believe the conduct of the employees working there. They were screaming and yelling at me so bad for no.apparent reason.and I couldn't even eat my sandwich because it literally got stuck in my throat. The employees were screaming and yelling all over the restaurant and other customers were concerned and left.
This is unacceptable behavior and I fear if this outrageous conduct continues there will be a disaster at some point in time.

I placed an order in the McDonald app and never received it. After calling customer support they claimed they could not find the order even tho I have email verification of the order. Location at *** * ****** ** ******** **** fraudulently charged me for a large coffee with my breakfast meal without my consent.
When I inquired about the extra 60 cent charge, the worker had to ask their manager. The manager informed for that all meal orders were automatically upgraded to a LARGE coffee without informing the customer.
This is a fraudulent business practice. I insist the restaurant desist in this fraudulent practice.
I cancelled my order and left.

Not only was I made to wait 30 minutes past the order being marked ready, the manager refered to me as "mam" and "baby". I'm a male. She was attempting to make fun of my long hair. That fall under the federal guidelines for sexual harassment which I will be pursuing. On top of that, when I attempted to leave, the same manager tried to start an altercation because I was obviously disgruntled about waiting. The managers and employees were more worried about getting and early start on closing than tending to orders that had already been paid for. It's all completely unacceptableBusiness Response

On Thanksgiving day, 11/23/2023, I placed an order in the mobile app as I was driving near this McDonald's. When I arrived at the store there were cones blocking the drive through, so I went in and modified my order to Curbside Pickup, and pulled into one of the pickup spaces. After a couple minutes someone came to my car and told me they were closed and I needed to "call the number in the app to request a refund".
I searched the app from top to bottom, and there was no number to call. After a Google search, I finally found a phone number, but, of course, they were closed for the holiday.
A woman named ******* left me a voicemail on 11/25. I didn't actually speak to her until 11/27, at which time she told me she was processing my refund immediately. She then called me back a few minutes later as if we had never spoke and was asking me the same questions as during our original conversation.
I reached out to her again on 12/6 since I had not yet received the refund. She asked me for the last 4 of my card number and the location I visited, which I sent and then never heard back from her. I followed up with her today and she said she could not find my order in her system and questioned whether I received the refund already and didn't realize it. I sent her a screenshot of my bank statement, to which she replied that I needed to go back to the store to get the refund. This store is almost a 30 minute drive from me, so it is ridiculous that I'm being told I have to do that after she told me 10 days ago she DID see it in her system and was processing the refund.
She said she would send me meal tickets, but I do not want her meal tickets. I just want the refund I was told I was getting.Business Response

Also, for the record, it is a bit ridiculous that I have to go through all of this to get $18.80 back because the store was closed but allowed me to place the online order anyways. Especially after someone had already told me she was processing the refund to my account weeks ago.
i don’t have a physical bank location since it’s an online, so I will also have to pay fees to deposit a check.
Again, for a situation that I was not at fault for and was promised a resolution weeks ago and then told later when I inquired about the status that they could no longer see the information and couldn’t help me.

Paid for food (big breakfast w/steak&hc) Was given the wrong food and then when returned for a refund was given incorrect amount so they managed to steal a dollar from me. But 50-100 people have a dollar stolen.Business Response

Our company has a Customer Service Specialist that could have been contacted over this and she would have fixed the issue. The phone number for our customer service is all our stores and on our receipts. I am sorry sometimes mistake happened at the store, I am sure that the store would have fixed if this would have been brought to our attention. If she would like to provide a mailing address I would be more then happy to send out a Free Value Meal card and the dollar that we owe the customer.
