      I will never buy a Craftsman lawn mower ever again.
      I purchased my $320 Craftsman M110 lawnmower 4/14/2021.
      Craftsman has a 3yr frame warranty and a 2 year limited parts warranty.
      My lawnmower will not start or continue to run, 30 days before my manufactured warranty ran out. I called Home Depot, they gave me phone #1 to call their warranty department. They gave me phone #2 to call Craftsman warranty. Then after calling their warranty department they gave me the manufactures phone to call #3. They told me to call another #4 for the warranty department for gas engines only. I did and they gave me another phone #5.
      I have called Home Depot, written to Craftsman, called under warranty service centers near me and yet no one wants to honor the warranty because I was told repairs only get 1/2 the service fees and they won't work on my lawn mower.
      My maintenance> I put new fuel in, cleaned the carb, the float, the bowl, the lines, new spark plug, air filter, bag clean, under mower grass cleaned.
      My thoughts> I need a new coil with and plug wire along with a longer coil wire, but I am not paying $76 on the MTD parts website when my lawn mower WAS under warranty at the time this all started.
      I don't have the money to buy a new lawn mower and I will never buy a Craftsman product again.
      Passing the buck, is a well known term used to put people off and customers who don't stand behind their products.

      Cant even give them 1 star! They charged 2 twice for the item and now I cant reach their second level customer service department. I literally have it documented that my hold times are over 2 hours long! I will be reporting this company!!

      Hate to even give one star. Ordered big red tiller 01-03-23. When received didnt work. At all. Called and was given name / address of authorized dealer to have it repaired. Two months later after nightmare dealing with the dealer to get it fixed they say its ready. Get there it wont run in gear. Called again and told to take to dealer that was closer ??. They checked it out and it had been put together backwards along with other part issues. Second dealer fixed however I had to pay $83.40 for labor. Was told not covered by warranty. WHAT!! You send a defective tiller to me that I paid ALOT for and you wont cover repairs? Extremely disappointed in this product and in this company. Purchased to garden with and after almost three months we get it. Still isnt up to what I would say ************* standards. They sure took our money but service after has been nothing short of awful.

      Worst location for clog shovel on snow blower results in damages to blower that they won't warranty yet choose to locate it at the chute where it's basically guaranteed to damage the blower

      They never answer the phone or call you back. EVER. Product still in warranty but online chat doesn't get any results either. My craftsman blower went bad, called craftsman. They said the parts were mtd. Called them. Got in line for a return call 4 says ago.

      I purchased a cub cadet pro z 100 commercial lawn mower in April of 2020. I have had numerous issues with it I run a lawn care service so I need my mower especially during the spring and summer months. The issues that I have had include 2 oil leaks. I had the bolt in my front tire break and cause the tire yoke to bend. I have had bolts ****** out of the engine, new starter, new ignition switch, new drive belts, new deck belts and new oil pan. I got it out of the shop about 3 weeks ago and it is already back in the shop because when I engage the pto the mower loses power. I'm still under warranty and still under the amount of hours. I called last month and spoke to an agent who was very rude. He said there was nothing they could do for me that I would just have to keep taking it to the shop and that maybe I should try another shop. I called in on Monday, August 15th and spoke with a manager about my issues. He told me to contact the place where I purchased the mower from. He told me to get them on the phone with cub cadet so that they could do a replacement. I followed his instructions and got the place where I purchased it involved with cub cadet. The man a the purchase place said that cub cadet informed him that they would not be replacing the mower or giving me any credit for it. This is the opposite of what I was told. I called cub cadet again, was placed on hold and then told my place was held in line and they would call me back and never did. I called again on Monday, August 22nd and spoke with a manager again. He also was rude and told me that he didn't know anything about the call where I was told about a replacement. They record all calls so I told him to pull up the audio and listen. He said he couldn't that the manager who can wasn't there. I called that manager today, was told he was in a meeting and he would call me back. Never did. I'm still making payments on something that just sits in the shop for months at a time. Im trying to make a living. Help

      I was told that the unit had a 3 year 500 hour warranty. There have been warranty claims made on it this year. The last claim was made back in July. Also I was told by a member of management about a replacement. They said all calls are recorded, so I would like for that call to be reviewed. Thank you

      In regards to a replacement unit that would have to be a discussion the customer would have with the selling dealer. We cannot offer a replacement as our warranty calls for a repair of a unit. The warranty statement from the owners manual is listed below.Cub Cadet warrants this product (excluding its Normal Wear Parts, Batteries and Attachments as described below) against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years for commercial use or four (4) years/500 hours, whichever comes first, residential use commencing on the date of original retail purchase or lease and will, at its option, repair or replace, free of charge, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship.

      I ordered arm rest's for my husband's new cub cadet electric lawn mower and a sales person from MTD helped me with the order in getting the proper fitting arm rests. We were told the item would be compatible with our mower and they are not/do not fit. I returned the item with a label from MTD. MTD received the item returned on July 5th verified by tracking. I have called 3 times to see where my refund of $166.70 is as it is now July 22nd. Each time I called I was given a different answer as to when I could expect my refund. Still I wait. It should not take this long to have my refund applied back to my cc. I was very prompt in returning this item. The last person I spoke with was rude. I will never order from this place again. Customer service is less than desirable and even getting ahold of a human to speak with is a challenge with the way their answering service is set up.
