My name is *********************, my husband, *********************, and I purchased a shed from Timbercreek Structures in the first week of June 2022. We paid 50% of the total cost on that date, $3,023.14. We were told at that time that the timeframe for delivery would be 8 to 15 weeks. The 15 weeks came and went and we heard nothing from TCS. We began calling them on a regular basis starting in September of 2022, On January 9, 2023, we were told our shed was projected to be ready for delivery "the first week in February if not sooner." We have made 15+ calls since then and have still not received our shed nor any answers as to when our shed will be ready.If we were to back out of the agreement we lose 80% of the 3k we put down and according to ****** reviews, those who have requested their 20% back have not received the funds. Today is February 24, 2023. It has been 37 weeks and 5 days, more than double the time we were quoted for this delivery. We have been given no answers, no apology and no monetary compensation. We are seeking one of three resolutions: 1. Delivery of purchase 2. Delivery with price adjustment 3. A full refundBusiness Response

On 2/7/2022 I purchased a shed from this company. Invoice 71-14275. I paid a required deposit of $4386.53. I was told my shed build could take up to 12 weeks. We are now 55 weeks later and I have no shed still and the company has not returned my deposit. My recent emails have not been returned and the company was not at the address listed when I drove there as of 2/20/23. It was located there when I ordered the shed in February of 2022. I need my deposit back and my order cancelled or I need my deposit back and I will pay in full upon delivery of the shed to my house as promised.Business Response

I ordered a 16x24 garage as a gift for my father. When I ordered, the man was very kind and we told him everything that we wanted with the garage and he told us it would be finished in **** weeks. When checking in that time changed to 16 weeks but we werent upset about that. However, they called a week before making the garage to tell us that the company had changed and they couldnt make a 16x24 and wanted to change it to a 14x28. We were upset about it but settled. The evening before they wanted to deliver the garage they called my father to tell him it would be delivered the next day even though my father had an important appointment that day. When I spoke to him (*****) he was extremely rude and said that it had to be delivered that day so he could get his money from the Rent *************** He also proceeded to tell me if we didnt let them deliver that they would cancel my order completely and sell it to someone else but I would still be charged for the permit and down payment. Completely unprofessional as we waited 16 weeks for the garage to be built and had to accommodate their changes yet they wanted us to drop everything for them to deliver in less than 24 hrs of notice! Upon delivery, the garage was not as ordered. There were no windows and no electrical box that we had asked for. When approached about it, we were told that we would have to pay extra for that. I already paid for what we agreed upon so no I will not be paying extra! I expect a refund for the amount of the electrical box and the windows that were discussed. My contracts are also not for the same amount. My payoff should only be $8981.96 as I made a down payment of $367.04 but the new contract says I owe $9726.02! I will file suit over this being fraudulent.Business Response

On June 19th 2022 me and my wife drove to ************ Structures in ****** **** to purchase a Garde Shed. We paid for our shed in cash full price $4270. Our paperwork and our sales person *** Quoted us **** weeks for delivery. After many text and phone calls and 2 trips back up there, we still have no shed and when they do answer or call it always gets pushed further back. As of today its been over 34 weeks or 8 months. This is unacceptable. I am starting to think I was scammed. They should not give false delivery quote info if they can not meet there timeline, or even come close. I have over 30 years of ****************** and never dealt with a company this unprofessional. I would like to have my shed delivered. I paid them in good faith for a service I have not received.Business Response

We purchased a shed on September 2022 was told it would be 4-6 weeks delivery its going on 5 months and we have no shed. They keep giving us excuses and won't refund our $1,500 deposit because it's nonrefundable on the contract. I have requested a refund due to them not providing delivery within the 4-6 week period like we were told and its on the contract as well. They refuse to give us our $1,500 refund. They actually told me if I cancel they keep my $1,500 and charge me another $25.00 for canceling. I just read their reviews and it seems this is a pattern of theirs to do people like this. We trusted the salesman and now wished we would not have. What can we do?Business Response

On June the 16th 2021 I put down $5400 dollars for a 16x28 garage to be built on site they told me 2to 3 weeks it would be built on site 3 months goes by will multiple phones calls and all lies then was told they was going to build it and deliver it , well that hasn't happen so I wanted to cancell it in October and they never acknowledge it till Nov 2nd so i have been waiting on a refund which they told me would *********** to 12 weeks and it's been 12 weeks they won't return messages or answer there phones they want me to pay a restocking fee of 25% for what they breech the contract straight forward i have every message , text and all paperwork, and receipts where ive had to pay storage because of there lies , Don't trust this company at all !!!Business Response

On 3/11/22 I ordered a shed from Timer Creek Structures ********************************************************************** **************. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. As of today I have not yet received my shed or the refund that I requested the end of October. I asked to be refunds ($2,821.47) the down payment which was half the cost. I have been given the run around throughout the process. They change their stories and dates. I am a single mom and this is a financial burden for my and my children. on 2/28/2022 I signed a contract on invoice number 73-14510 for a 14x40 ********************* totaling $14,554.86. I paid the deposit of $7,277.43 and was told me building would be built in 16 weeks. I have heard every excuse from them on being short staffed and delayed but yet they are still advertising that they are selling, building and delivering sheds all the time. I'm trying to be patient but it's been almost a year. All I'm asking for is my building .Pricing has went up so it would cost more for me to get a building from someone else now so unless they want to pay the difference they can build my building nowBusiness Response

I purchased an 8x12 chicken coop, paid in full on October 7, 2022 for $2,133.93. I was quoted 4-6 weeks. I continued to make daily and weekly calls with no return phone calls. I finally talked to someone that told me it was done, but waiting for the owner to release for delivery - that was before Thanksgiving. The next time I finally got ahold of someone they told me it hadn't been started and they had issues with staffing. No one could confirm if it had been completed or not. Then I was told it would be delivered the last week of December or first week of January. I called and they told me they didn't work the last week of December due to the weather. I asked for the drawing and dimensions to be sent to me again to ensure proper placement of the blocking - and no one sent it. NO ONE will answer the phones or return a phone call.
