      I bought and paid in full for the shed, I was told on fb when I responded to there sales add it would take 1-6 weeks, when I met up to sign the paper and give them a check I was told 4-12, but it still fit into my time frame. After not receiving any type of communication I started calling after 11 weeks, after 12 weeks had past they responded back in a text saying it would be delivered the week of 10-7-24, I am not waiting another 6 weeks past the due date and told them no just refund my money. They then sent a text saying it would be delivered the fallowing week. I have called there office 3 times this week and text the number back with no response.

      * signed contract on 5/20/24 for a shed to be built and delivered;
      * dropped off check for $1,500 (paid in full amount);
      * approx. delivery date: 3-12 weeks (as listed on contract);
      * staff person at Liberty Twp. location on Belmont Ave. said company will call 1 week before delivery to make sure we are ready to receive delivery and again the day before with the approximate time of delivery;
      * never received that call and now the 12 weeks have passed;
      * called company and they made an excuse for the delay;
      * I called back several times to confirm that at least the shed was built and if we are just waiting on the delivery;
      * company has not returned calls to date.

      On August 21, 2024 I purchased a 10x20 repo shed for ***** cash from Timber Creek structures. I found this shed because someone I know is affiliated with this company so I trusted her so I thought this was a legitimate company. I was told from *********************** that I could have the shed delivered on Friday. I told ***** that Im on vacation the following week and I was having gravel put down and would like it delivered that week. He said no problem he put approximately delivery date 4-10 weeks why for a repo thats on the lot ready to go. I called other companies and they said no way it should take that long for something that is on the lot. I called ***** and asked when its getting delivered and he said he would look into it and call me back no call.. I messaged **** and she told me the same thing.. I went down there yesterday and talked to a guy about getting the shed delivered and he said they dont handle that there that I was to call the office at Timbercreek ************. I called that number and she told me to contact ***** at the warehouse ************. I called ***** 3 times yesterday and get her answering service. They asked for my contact information and still havent heard anything. I want all of my money back. They want to keep 25% for a cancellation fee. I have read similar reviews and this is a on going thing with this company. Please help

      I purchased in full a 10’ by 20’ deck on 5/10/24. I was told 4-12 week delivery, and it is now 8/23/24, and I still do not have it. I’ve called and spoke to the answering service multiple times asking for an update, but I keep getting it’ll be there by next week. I’ve talked to the “owner” of the company, and he was very rude, called me an idiot, and refused to give me a refund. That was a month or more ago now. I do not think I will ever receive my product that I paid $2,133.93 for, and I would like a refund for this. When reading reviews online, it looks like there is numerous complaints within the last couple weeks of similar instances.

      I purchased 2 sheds on 9/1/2023. I paid cash for both of them. The first shed was to be delivered in 3-10 weeks. The second was to be delivered in the Spring after I called and told them I was ready. I have receipts to verify the price, payment, and delivery dates. As of August 20th 2024 neither shed has been delivered. I called the office in May(2024) and told them I was ready for both sheds asap. They called me back and said it would be around 3 weeks for delivery from that point. 3 weeks came and went and I heard nothing. I called several times requesting a delivery date or time frame. They had several excuses and always stated the shed would be there in the next few weeks. In late July I asked to speak to someone higher up since I received so much run around. At that point a very rude man got on the phone, interrupted me several times, even saying “yea I know who you are, you call every day” when I tried to introduce myself politely. He told me he was gonna have my shed out that week or the following week, but that it would take longer if I keep calling. I asked if that was a threat, but he refused to answer. I have not heard from the company or any employees since that day, and still do not have my sheds.

      Purchased a shed on 4/20/24 with a delivery date promised with in 5weeks. This never happened, contacted my salesman Ralph at the end of June. He said I had to call the plant, which I did, the lady I spoke to there said delivery would be scheduled for the week of July 8th. Shed was never delivered. After multiple phone calls and the run around, my wife and I are at wits end with this situation. We would like our shed that was paid for or a total refund due to the fact we have been lied to and given the run around. This shed not being delivered is hindering other home project from being completed.

      I purchase a 12x16 deck (rent to own) around August of 2023 I immediately stained it some of the spindles on the railings are warped along with some of the tops on the rails some of the 4x4s and 2x4s are rotted there are a lot of cracks in various places. I complained he said not gonna fix it did I test it I told him I stained he he then said no warranty I told him will stop paying he said would come and get it. I feel that something I'm paying 130.00 dollars a month (3300.00 total) should hold up more than 10 months and be safe

      I bought a repo shed off of Timbercreek Structures June 2024. I went to the business on Belmont in Youngstown and seen the repo shed in person. They explained how the person bought it and didn’t like it so they returned the money. I liked it so bought it! They said can’t deliver it the week of July 4th but can have it to you the week after. I said yep earlier the better I have a guy putting rock down for me now and if anything changes I’ll call you and tell you. Since it was a repo and sitting right at the lot they said it could be delivered asap. Well I’ve called and called got the same lady everytime. She asks for my name date of sale and where I bought it and tells me ok I’ll get to the bottom of this and call you right back (never calls back). I have talked to her over 5 times with nothing getting solved. We’re now into Aug 2024 and still have no answers on where my shed is or when it will be delivered. I feel like I might have been ripped off for $4000 but they have assured me that their company isn’t a scam. Why sell a repo and never deliver? I think it might be a sales gimic to get people to buy sheds.

      I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22107477, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of my decision appear 

      If terrible customer service is amusing to them then I’d rather have my money back. The track record for this company speaks for itself I wish I would have never bought from this company. Can I please have my money back!

      On June 9th 2024 I purchased a shed off TCS that was promised to be delivered on the 10th or 11th (even says on the receipt. I paid 6,000 cash upfront and have the receipt to prove it. It has been 7 weeks of denials and lies with them, terrible customer service and still no light at the end of the tunnel. They keep giving me the runaround and I’m beyond frustrated. The initial shed that I bought off their lot which was already built was sold out from under me and they still haven’t built my new one. I have detailed logs of every interaction with them which is attached below.

      $1,500 cash paid for an 8x12' shed on 4/3/24 with a promised delivery window of 3-6 weeks. As of today, it has been 15 weeks and I cannot get the company to commit to a delivery date or any substantial commitment of service for the cash paid.
