    They have some really nice cars here. Be ready to negotiate lol but seriously they are a great bunch of people to work with. I have a good feeling I will be a return customer. Isaiah A***'s is Amazing??

    This is the greatest car dealership in Cincy. ! Hidden Gem. Great variety of vehicles, staff very friendly, no high pressure sales. Alina is great . Junior will find a way to get the deal done, and have you in your very own car!

    I bought a car from them on June 1st, after waiting on title in the mail and it never arriving I called and asked whats going on I was informed they never received the title and I would have to return the vehicle. I had already put a new alternator, battery, new tires, tie rods, guages, interior trim, working radio, etc and they refused to even acknowledge that. I spoke to a different person and was told they did in fact have the title but there were liens far exceeding the price of the vehicle. After dealing with them for far longer than I wanted to and putting up with the evil lady at the front desk who yelled multiple times at her one eyed dog for just being nice, we went and got a refund check for which they withheld 10¢ for not a single reason other than to be petty, and when we went to cash the check we were told it will be 24hrs till I can actually use the money. Putting me out of a car and having to call out of work till I can have someone drive me to purchase the new one. Absolutely horrible people don't bother at all.

    Worse car dealership in the tri state area I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this place they lied sold me a truck that was the biggest lemon ever I put brand new exhaust 2 weeks after I bought the truck the put rims on it and a illegal lift on the front of the truck the bed rusted completely out a month after I bought it tailgate won't Evan stay on I payed them 2000 to fix the rust on the truck pulled off the fender flares and none of it was fixed John the sales manager is trying to tell me they ain't going to fix it worst dealer ship ever

    SCAM ALERT Do not use this dealer. Drove over 3 hours to look at a service truck priced at $27995 online. That's not the price. Because there was financing involved the price was $34999 but because they're "nice" people they automatically dropped it to $31999. Oddly enough the "financing price" was not listed on ****** or **********. Mind you they promised the truck was 100% mechanically sound and it needed a rear differential and steering box to be usable as a work rig. On top of that the "financing" is extremely vague and once the math was done I was at 14% interest. They will try to blindside you with random numbers galore instead of just being upfront about it

    I will never ever buy a car from this company again . My car went out 4 days after I got it before I even made my first payment. The car went out in Columbus Ohio . I called the company they towed it to their shop said they was going to fix it they put a temporary hose on my car until the permanent hose came in I was supposed to bring the car back . The hose never came . I have spent so much money trying to keep the car running . So they towed car and the told me it was going to Free I spoke to someone name NIKO . They towed the car and now here we are a year later . They saying I owed them for the tow and they won’t give me plate sticker . So now I have been riding on expired since January 2023 due to them saying I owe them for the tow from march 2022 after they said it was free . I have called spoke to everyone but the managers or the owners of the company. No manger or the owner of the company has never called me back .
