  reimagine did a great job with a complex metal roof on a tight timeline and over the holidays. Whats most important is they were collaborative, responsive, and their crews worked long hours to meet the deadline, the finished product is as quality as it is beautiful.

  Reimagine roofing and the point of contact I work with ******* were fantastic! They came in, quickly and professionally assessed *******, gave me an estimate, and ordered the materials. The work for replacing all the shingles and wood under ******* was done in a single work day, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their costs were fair and competitive. I was kept updated the entire process and they were incredibly responsive regardless of the time or day of week. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their roof.

  They worked as quickly with me as possible to help resolve my problem. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I received great customer service and financial resources as well as lots of options I didn't realize I had. Great job guys!

  I wouldnt even leave them a one star if it was an option. This has been the worst experience dealing with any business in my life. The owner **** is an arrogant and disrespectful. They have been telling me one thing and doing another. Starting with the insurance inspection they said dont let the adjuster on the roof without us well we had it scheduled and the reimagine guy never showed up in time. Fast forward I was sold on this underlayment well then I notice they installed a different underlayment with a lesser warranty, they said the couldnt get the stuff quoted but a few days later they came out with all the correct underlayment after they had installed the other stuff in the rain trapping water underneath, then was told they would cut roof vents then ***** vents then a ridge vent well at the end we are not doing any vents. When I signed the contract in July I was told they were getting panels prefabricated from a supplier then months go on and **** says they bought their own roll form machine so they could fab all my panels on site. Well know they can fab panels cheaper than then can but them I asked what they were going to do for cost concession I was told they could give me any money back because they had to buy the machine but the would upgrade to a thicker metal from 24 to 22 gauge. Well then send a crew out in a Monday morning to stand around for 3 hours before leaving because no material showed up then that afternoon/evening they showed up at 430 and ran panels in the dark until 730. Stacking then infront of my RV and trash can no access to either, well I get home and notice its 24 gauge not the 22 gauge promised. They had one crew on the job that didnt know what they were doing so they pulled them and sent another crew no project manager whatsoever. Leaks in the underlayment that they said they would fix and water test well they ended up wrapping the fascia before the water test and now I have water trapped. I could go on but out of room here

  If you want people literally crapping in your yard, drinking alcohol on the job, and leaving your home a mess then 123 is for you. That’s what A******s crew did for us. A****** the slick talking “salesman” for 123, assured us that when the job was complete he would personally walk around our property to make sure no nails were left behind. Twice he supposedly came to clean up but even after that there was a half a coil of roofing nails laying in plain sight in our front yard. Gutters were littered with nails, pieces of shingles, and chunks of plywood. Nails laying in our driveway for days after the dumpster (containing empty beer bottles and cans) was removed. Our front windows were caulked shut. They replaced the roof and 10 sheets of plywood and siding but left the original 45 year old flashing!? They had the roof and siding off but couldn’t replace the old flashing? I had brickwork on both sides of the front door covering the old siding. I asked if I should cut the siding against the brickwork. I was told that they would handle it. They “handled it” by not cutting it, they just grabbed the siding and pulled it away from the house which led to the brick pulling away from the door so now we have a half inch gap between the door and the brick. Instead of lowering the new GREEN vinyl siding on the garage by 2 inches to cover the old WHITE wood paneling over the door, they left a 2 inch strip of old white wood. And the “pièce de résistance”… a wad of tyvek wrap laying behind our garage covered in human feces discovered by my daughter while she was playing with her dog. My wife informed Aarick about these issues and he informed us that a better crew would come and fix ALL the issues. A few weeks later one person stopped by and sloppily attached a green trim piece to cover the 2 inch white strip of wood on the garage. That was all he did! My wife and I picked up the poop paper and nails and fixed all the other issues ourselves! HACKS! Every one of them! ????????????

  Easy to work with. Communication was good. Seth was courteous and flexible with our schedules. Always got answers to our questions. Work was done well and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend.

  123 Exteriors did everything they could for us and more after the April 2023 hailstorm. From pointing out the damage to assisting in making the claim. Our claim was accepted as they predicted. Before deciding on the color of the materials needed, we researched the brand of material they suggested and found them to be top rated. Within a short time, the materials arrived, and the work started and finished in no time. Clean-up was great. We were so happy that we are having them do additional work on the house. We will have a "new house" again.
