5 stars123 was amazing even though my insurance and mortgage lender were being difficult. They understood my situation and were always in contact and available to me when I needed to contact them. This was my first time dealing with an insurance claim and they practically did it all for me. There assessment of damages were fair, and the roof replacement was speedy and the work was clean. Wildwood came to replace the roof. However, 6 months went by and they never sent me an invoice. However, I reached out to them to get the invoice. Then they sent it. However, they immediately decided to put a lien against my house. Even though I just got the invoice. Not sure how them not billing me for 6 months is my fault.

This customer hired us to perform roof and gutter work related to an approved insurance claim. We completed the work to the customers satisfaction. When the customer was invoiced, he never paid his bill or even called us to discuss why. We attempted to collect the debt and after 60 days he finally responded. He indicated he took the insurance money and spent it. He told us his house was for sale and once his house sold he would pay us. His house never sold so we proceeded to file a lien on the property. 5 stars************************* was awesome! He helped talk to ********************! He kept checking in with me about what I thought! How things were progressing, was I satisfied with the work done!! He even tried to get the insurance to fix my porch damage!! 5 starsWe discovered we had a leak in our closet after a very heavy rain. Turns out it had been happening for a while. Contacted Universal Roofing to take a look. ************************* came out and did a thorough walk of the roof, then he and another gentleman went into the attic. They actually found a few spots that showed leaks, all around existing roof vents. We still have plenty of life left in our roof, so they proposed fixing the areas around the vent pipes. About a week later their crew came out and completed the repairs in just a few hours. Very reasonable price and excellent quality of work. 5 starsI had my house (*******, IN) roof done by ******* Contracting in 2018 and the company was wonderful to work with and had the lowest of 7 estimates. I got in touch with the company and found out that Universal Roofing bought them for their metal roof business. So, I got in touch with ************************* the Sales Manager that is so sweet, cares about his customers and great work ethic. The roofers were amazing, quick, and respectful to my priority. The gutter company A&F Gutters were so quick, and their workmanship is awesome. It was great that ********* took his time to explain about the new gutters that were installed. If you are looking to get a new roof, check out your roof for storm damage or just to get information then call Universal Roofing. Since this is my first house, I made sure to do my research and would use Universal Roofing (*************************) on my future houses. ***** helped me get insurance money to pay for ************** roof and gutters. 5 stars123 Exteriors did an excellent job from start to finish. Austin, our sales consultant, did a great job of determining what needed repair, meeting with the insurance adjuster to work through the many obstacles in getting our hail damage filed under claim. The team at 123 worked on our behalf with the insurance company throughout the entire (lengthy) process, while our insurance company was trying to deny a large part of the claim. Thanks to 123 Exterior it was fully covered in the end.
The craftsmanship of the material is excellent, the work was done quickly once the insurance approval came through and the roofing and siding teams were courteous and friendly. 123's billing department was very helpful in filing the claims and resolving issues. We are very pleased with the entire project and would highly recommend 123 Exterior to anyone considering roof or siding project.
