      Aspen Exteriors was a great company to work with after our roof was damaged by a major hail storm. They worked with our insurance company to get us the coverage needed to complete the job. Everyone we worked with from sales to inspectors to accounting were very friendly and helpful.

      I had work done, from them. They did good work, there was minor work to be done on my garage. I was texting them and I never got any response. I tried calling, no one answered.

      Reimagine roofing seemed to do a good job when they originally put my roof on. However, before 1 year had gone by there was a dent in the front part of my roof which I dictates they didn't put plywood down in that area. After my having called 6-7 times across a 3 month time frame (April-June 2024) someone named ***** told me he was looking at pictures and updates concluding they are able to do nothing. I had not received any calls and ***** has come out to inspect in person. And ***** was very dismissive of me as a customer. I have complete doubt that they honor wananty or care about customers after initial roof application

      Aspen redid my roof after a hail store. They were here to advocate on my behalf with my insurance company when the adjuster came out to make sure I got the new roof I needed. The crew that did my roof was professional, and my god they were fast. They got a late start in the morning due to rain, and still managed to knock it out in one day. The quality of product and installation was 10/10. The attention to detail was impressive they even touched up my HVAC exhaust vent that my insurance didn’t pay to replace so it looked brand new. Would highly recommend

      The experience with Aspen was very easy and hassle free. There was a hail storm in the town that caused damage to the roof.
      They filed the claim with the insurance and and negotiated with them.
      No work on our end.
      Great experience.

      We had Apen install gutters on 19 garages in an town home association in Jordan. Nick Liesch was our estimator. Nick was very thorough and professional. Took the time to understand what we needed and provided very good feedback and kept us informed about the timing of the project. Also gave us options to save on the project. Did not push what we did not need.

      Excellent customer experience. Very professional and knowledgeable. Follow up after the job was completed and excellent service. Took care around landscaping and great job of clean up after the work was done. Couldn't be happier with the work they did.

      My roof looks beautiful, ****, representative of Universal Roofing worked tirelessly with my insurance company to get them to pay for the damage done to my roof by the hail. The crew came early and stayed late in order to finish the job. They were excellent.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! There are plenty of roofers out there. Wildwood started off fine in Nov 2023. They were bought out mid-way through my roof, gutter, and door replacement. Give you an idea, they finally finished all the work by April 24. No communication. Blow you off for weeks. Their internal office doesn't talk to each other. We've been trying to get our rep to pick up the final check for a month. He says no problem, I'll swing by sometime. Just got a certified mail saying Wildwood is putting a lien on the property. Called the main office. They didn't know about the rep or the lien. Decide the roofer you want. If it were up to me, I'd stay clear of this company. I should post pictures of how the gutters turned out. You'd run away just from that.

      They did ok work. Though Ive got roofing and gutter issues they replaced that needs repair. Its been months and still waiting for a **************** to contact me. So really horrible followup to fix issues that should have been been addressed.
