  I am writing this review on behalf of my 82-year-old father, who lives in *******, **. A little over a year ago, he hired Wildwood Roofing & Construction to repair his roof and gutters, which had been damaged by hail. The process was challenging, but ultimately, his roof and gutters, including gutter guards, were installed. At the time, he was satisfied with the customer service he received.Fast-forward to the present. In the past few months, his area has experienced numerous storms. His basement has flooded, damaging the carpeting, furniture, and walls. Suspecting that the gutters were not draining correctly, he contacted Wildwood Roofing. The person who came out said the gutters might be blocked but did not attempt to unblock them or arrange for another technician to assess the problem.My father's gutters have a 5-year warranty, and he rightfully expects the company to address this issue. I even called customer support on his behalf, but there was no follow-up. His basement is uninhabitable, and he faces the ongoing threat of further water damage, mold, and potential safety hazards.I am writing this review because it has been weeks, and Wildwood Roofing has made no serious effort to repair the gutters. My father had to pay for a second opinion, which confirmed that the gutters were installed improperly. I understand that Wildwood Roofing has been acquired by a private equity firm. It seems this firm prioritizes profits over people by refusing to honor the warranty or take meaningful steps to resolve the problem they created. My father is extremely upset, and I feel helpless to assist him. I hope this review will attract attention and lead to a resolution.Not only should this company repair the gutters, but they should also compensate my father for the basement damage, including the cost of repairing the carpeting, walls, and furniture. I am including photos of the damage.

  Legitimate roof contractor that does excellent work. Costs are a little on the high end, but it is worth it to get quality work (especially in Yuma). ********* were friendly and professional. They knew their job and took pride in putting out a good project. No short cuts in labor or materials. A job well done.

  Aspen did an absolutely incredible job on our roof repair from hail damage, with the new shingles they put on! They did outstanding work from start to finish. Their crew worked fast and efficient and were very friendly. They cleaned up after they were done and well exceeded my wife and my expectations! I highly recommend Aspen to anyone that needs Roof repair or anything else for their home construction needs. Thank you Aspen!

  Working with Aspen Exteriors was seamless. Their staff, from beginning to end, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did excellent followup throughout the project. Best of all, my new roof was done on time and looks absolutely beautiful, adding value to my home. They did excellent cleanup also.I would highly recommend them to others. In fact, after I selected Aspen, I found out that two other friends of mine had used their services and were pleased with their work! I will definitely call them again.

  Great experience with Aspen Exteriors!! ************************* walked us through the entire process of having roofs replaced on 3 structures on our property that were damaged due to a hailstorm. He stopped in every step of the way to answer questions and ensure everything was going smoothly. The roofers were extremely hardworking and efficient. The roofs look awesome and we couldnt be more pleased. Thanks **** and crew!!

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Hired Wildwood Roofing to replace roof and gutters Feb/Mar 24. They ordered and installed the wrong size gutters, and left a hole in my siding causing water to come into my house! They were non responsive for days, weeks went by before they sent someone out who NAILED PLASTIC AND 50 NAILS into my brand new shingles where there wasnt a leak, causing more damage! Theyve been neglectful, dismissive, and are to the point of construction negligence. ****** attempted to come out and address their faulty work, much less the addition damage and trash they caused and left behind. They are currently being pursued for a construction negligence claim, have been reported to the Attorney General and their insurance has been reported to the ************* of ********** I am owed 10s of thousands of dollars of work, a remediation, and internal construction due to having to tear out my kitchen from the huge leak. Horrible.

  Aspen was extremely easy to work with. They replaced our roof after hail and storm damage. Our sales rep was great to work with and very responsive - any time we had a question or needed anything, I could send him a text and get a prompt response. The quality of work was fantastic and all the workers were friendly and professional. Our house looks so beautiful!

  Great service from inspection to install. My roof had hail damage and was able to get all covered through insurance. The installers did a great job, they were in and out within 2 days and did a great job cleaning up. I also had great customer service over the phone, I got a confirmation on the design style, when ******** was getting dropped off, when installers would be here, and a call after installation. Awesome job Aspen Exteriors
