    last year (05/11/2021), I have made a payment for subscription to get some advance features in the tradingview website. While getting this subscription tradingview takes credit card details to make a payment and a person can't get the subscription without enabling the auto-renewal. That's disgusting.
    But this time (05/11/2022) , I don't want to continue my subscription. And I cancelled my subscription but I was late by 5 minutes. and they charged the amount on 05/11/2022. Amount is still not settled. I have attached the screenshot how I have been late by 5 minutes to stop my subscription and I am also attaching the billed invoice. I want my refund of CAD 245.43 (USD 174.05).
    I have also made a complaint to my bank for this dispute and tradingview regarding this refund.
    Please help me...

    I checked the details and saw that we refunded you in full on 2022-11-06.

    Please note that it can take up to 30 days for the money to be received on your end, depending on your bank. It usually takes several days though.

    We hope to see you taking advantage of the TradingView Pro tools and features again.

    I was using a 30-day free trial of Trading View from their website and when I went back to make sure I
    cancelled the process of them charging my card, the website did not display any information in the
    billing section that indicated my bank information or debit card information was on file to be charged.
    Nonetheless on September 26th, I received a $126 charge and reported it to my bank a few days later in
    which they said they would investigate the matter, but the results of their investigation have not helped
    me to retrieve my funds. I am even more frustrated because when I email them at
    *******@tradingview.com, I get an automated message saying they don't provide ******* via email and
    to use the website, yet the website provides no clear steps to cancel and only leads me back to the billing
    section of the site which displays nothing to allow me to cancel, pause, or change my subscription. The
    ******* email is not usable, the website is not user-friendly, and now I'm out $126. Not only is it awful
    customer service, but its fishy business and I deserve my money back because I did not consent to a
    paid subscription.

    On 9-18-22, this company had taking money out of my account unauthorized! I want a refund immediately!

    Fraudulent 360.00 charge on my credit card. Card cancelled and fraud report made. No idea what this company does and never heard of them until this happened.

    This probably means your credit card data got stolen somehow and subsequently used on our website. We advise you to report the unauthorized charge to your bank and block the card because there is a high probability that it will be used somewhere else as well.
