    We converted our bathtub to a walk-in shower. Our installer was *** *********. He did a superb job. Very conscientious and explained the process as he was going along. He literally left our bathroom cleaner than when he started the process. Would recommend this company / product to anyone that asks me.

    I had my master bathroom remodeled by Bath Depot Cleveland and am completely satisfied when it was completed. Nick and Rick did an amazing job getting bathroom work completed in 3 days. They were professional by being on time and resolved any issues before end of workday.

    Had a wonderful experience with Paul and how professional he did our in home quote and helped us pick everything out and walked us through everything to the T. This was the first major project I've had done on the home since purchasing so I was very anxious about how it was gonna turn out but he helped us through every step of the way as well as the installers were very professional, on time every single day (it took about 3 days), respected the property, and were very friendly (i have a dog and a cat and they also loved them). Bayland was also very professional and nice when coming for the post installation inspection and walked us through the warranty and all the final paper work and asked about how the installation went all in all i would recommend Bath Depot to anyone who needs any work done in their bathroom the quality is very nice and the company is very nice to work with

    We have had the best experience with Danny and Anna! Not only are they hard workers, perfectionists, knowledgeable about their craft, they are amazing people! Both are very kind and thoughtful. We can’t praise them enough! Our bathroom looks fantastic thanks to Danny and Anna! They are the best team! We love them!!

    I had Bath Depot come out and give me a free quote for my father’s bath. The project manager was very knowledgeable and helpful. I especially liked that it was no pressure sales. Due to unforeseen life circumstances I was unable to purchase at this time. The rep explained that they have a “SHOWERING KINDNESS” program where they help people in need in the community. Even though I didn’t purchase they were able to still help me. I highly recommend using Bath Depot if you are in need of a bath upgrade.

    Great experience with installers Nick and Rick. Meticulous in everything they did, especially having to install a shower into a tight space in an older home. Beautiful work- will recommend Bath Depot to all we know who need a shower re-do. Thank you, Bath Depot, Nick and Rick!!!

    The before and after pictures say it all! Bath Depot took care of everything with his project. Sean met us at our property, went thru the selection of products with us, and explained the process in detail. Rick scheduled the project. We would like to thank the installers: Silvio, Dan and the rest of the crew. They were on-time, clean and finished up as promised. Thank you to Rory for following up, our schedule is very hectic, but we appreciate all the time spent explaining the warranty. Thank you again, we will be using you more in the future!
