      We had an exceptional experience with RiteRug! The quality and price of the carpet was much better than the other competitors we looked at, and we are so glad we went with them. They came highly recommend by friends, and we understand why after working with Rachel. She was professional and took the time to answer our questions and work with us. The carpet install team was kind and did such good work. We were really impressed with the crew. We have two boys, and one was really curious about what they were doing, and the crew was kind when he wanted to see what they were doing.

      Our experience was fantastic from start to finish. Kevin W came over with the In Home Shopping and was super friendly, knowledgeable and frankly neat to talk to. They got us on the schedule very quickly and the install (led by Zayas) was smooth and painless (at least for me). We love the new carpet, and appreciate the RiteRug team!

      If you're considering Rite Rug, please go somewhere else. We purchased a new construction home Sept 2021. We began having issues with our flooring bowing and then peeling which we put a claim in with our home builder. Rite Rug is the contractor they used and they ended up coming out to "fix" our floors which was told to us was due to the floor being uneven. They grinded and patched the flooring which ended up causing more issues with the peeling of the floors and it kept spreading through the home. We ended up putting a claim in with Shaw who sent an adjuster out. I do not have copy of that report but I understand he determined it to be an installation issue. Rite Rug called to schedule them to replace the entire floor on Tuesday 5/14. When they were ripping up floors the installer thought he saw mold or mildew under some of the flooring. Patrick ended up calling us to tell us that they were no longer agreeing to replace the flooring (which was 3/4 ripped up at this point and the installers were placing new flooring. They made them rip it up and left us with bare concrete. We had to rip up the rest of the flooring to make it safe for our 4 year old to walk around -so we are walking around on drywall dust. We called homeowners insurance who confirmed there was no signs of mold or mildew or presence of water. We have attempted to call Patrick and Chris (Patrick's boss) but no response. This company is not professional, does not keep their word, doesn't investigate and literally left our home in shambles.

      We were looking to have our carpet removed from all bedrooms and replaced with LVP. Kevin Wright came out and showed us some options, took measurements, and got us information on pricing. Kev was great. He kept us in the loop getting us scheduled and regarding how to prepare for install day, and was available for any questions I had along the way.
      Our head installer was Angel. His team did a great job with installation and we are very happy with our new floors. The team was very thorough with their work, efficient, and did great with cleanup after they finished.

      I ignored the reviews, the low ratings and I went ahead and purchased from these guys and I can't express how deeply I feel that it was one of the most stupid mistakes I've ever made. The abundance of bad ratings make it clear that my experience was not an isolated incident, but rather a pattern here and it ain't pretty.
      Here are a few examples of how incompetent these clowns are.
      Guy comes out, measures the area to be carpeted but FORGETS to place an order for one of the rooms. They eventually removed the old carpet, but discovered they didn't have the new carpet so they just left nails sticking out of the ground creating a very dangerous situation.
      The same doofus, who measured a hallway, got the measurements so wrong it was laughable. Especially when you considered prior to coming out I gave him the measurements I had made to use as a double check for his work.
      I stressed the importance of getting in the missing carpet ASAP. When they finally get it in they FORGET to call me and tell me it has arrived. So I was waiting for the carpet while it was sitting around in the warehouse. I got tired of waiting for them to call so I checked myself only to discover “Oh yeah, we got that in”
      So buyer beware, do not purchase from these guys. There's lots of other options available. If you end up buying anyway, you can't say you weren't warned.

      My review is actually 4.5 stars. Kevin W***** was very informative and knowledgeable on the carpets available from Rite Rug and the installation process. He was very timely with his responses to our questions. We have a medium size condo with a lot of furniture and big furniture. The installers worked well through these challenges and did a great job. A shout out to Orlando and his other two installers. Really appreciate them.

      We met Kevin W***** at the Columbus Garden Show, as soon as we walked into Rite Rug's display. He was wonderful. We made an appointment for him to come out to our home for a consultation. From start to finish the service he provided was absolutely amazing. I will highly recommend Kevin W***** and Rite Rug to all my friends and family. Thank you Kevin

      Kudos on customer service, installation and follow up. Worked with an amazing team which included Kelly ***** in customer service support and Chris ******’s at the Gahanna/New Albany store to fix an issue with the first installation of flooring from another store. They worked together to get the right flooring for our home. In addition the installation team and support from Greg was top notch service. Thanks again for fixing what was a very frustrating situation… as the first install a year prior in 2023 with the Heath store and communication from the Heath manager (Jared) was non existent.. I would highly recommend Gahanna store and highly discourage Heath store the customer service was like night and day.. Rite Rug stood behind their product and service and made things right…
