      R+L carriers Denver terminal has amazing caring people. Two in particular are Mandy on the Customer Service line and Anthony who is her Boss. KUDOS to both these employees as they Truly care about their customers and strive to resolve transportation problems. Thank you both *****

      I've contacted R&L Carriers multiple times about a truck driver who claimed his name was "Mark" and I asked for a different driver to come to our place of business, as we usually get shipments from them once a week. I called again today because he showed up and they're now saying his name is "Keith." Whoever he is was rude, disrespectful and literally yelled at me because I wouldn't accept a delivery while I was off the clock on my lunch. Our hours of business are located outside the door and we require a call beforehand where I would tell them our receiving hours and schedule a delivery. He pounded on our door for a minute straight and continued to yell and call me names, R&L has done nothing. I talked to 3 different people about this in dispatch as well as his manager personally and no one has done anything or even apologized for his behavior. I've resorted to the BBB now, if at all possible go elsewhere for your delivery needs, R&L is not a "people business" and obviously don't care enough to hear someone out and take action against this truck driver who is completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards their customers.

      Solar power company stated roof panels were to be delivered today only to be told they were delivered to the wrong address and are now lost. Solar company is sending new panels using a different shipping company.

      Terrible company!! Left a 1000$ grill out by the end of my driveway. No notification absolutely nothing. I live in a rural area and couldn't see it from my house. Could have easily been stolen or ruined by weather. When I contacted them they blamed it on the company I bought the grill from. Stating they only due curbside service. Driver was too lazy to walk a couple hundred feet to notify me. Company could have just sent me an e mail but did nothing. I would find another carrier.

      Very bad delivery service. Came and dropped off an engine and blocked my back door to the house. I called the manager and he kept acting as if were my fault that I wasn’t there and the babysitter signed for the package ( was signed for before leaving out of his truck and blocking my door) I called within 5 minutes and told me they can’t back track and I can’t talk to anyone about a complaint. Even if it was a safety and code violation and could cause danger to my family. If there was a fire they couldn’t use a door l. Please never use them and they should be out of business

      Shipped a car hood from MO to OH. Carefully wrapped it up and placed it on a pallet, when the delivery guy showed up to pick the pallet up, I asked him if he could put a fragile sticker on it seeing as how this was a painted and practically brand-new hood. When the person who purchased the hood from me received it, it looked like it had been tied to the back of the truck and drug to OH. I have pictures of before the hood left my shop, when the hood was picked up by R & L, and pictures of when it was received. This hood came off a car that is no longer in production and is very hard to find in the condition the one I had was in, now I'm out a bunch of money and left with a hood that I can't do anything with. I am now going through multiple ****** disputes over this and have had to refund a bunch of money. When I contacted R&L about the damages, they said "Well he signed for it so there's nothing we can do about it." Even though I have several pictures of the condition of the hood before it was picked up, as it was being picked up, and when it was dropped off. This is just another example of shipping companies not caring about their services or holding themselves to a higher standard there for I will never use them again, not even to ship a pair of socks.
