As a first time personal vehicle shipper, the process seemed a bit daunting at first. The folks at East Auto Ship made the process far more transparent and easy to understand. The quote was competitive and accurate. The shipment process was on time and as scheduled. I would absolutely recommend Easy Auto Ship to anyone looking to ship their vehicle!

I contacted Easy Auto Ship when a carrier Id booked 2 months before gave me the run-around when it came time to assign a driver to transport my car. *********************** at Easy Auto contacted me right away via text, and when I called the number he left, he himself actually answered. Not an automated system like the other company had. **** was very friendly and helpful. Within 36 hours my car was on its way for LESS money than the other company had quoted me. And the driver got my car to its destination a day earlier than I expected. To top it off, **** called me personally once the car had been assigned and after it was delivered, to make sure everything went smoothly. I also had his number, in case I needed anything. Easy Auto Ship not only got the job done at the last minute, they did it with amazing customer service. HIGHLY recommendEasy Auto Ship

Very satisfied. Driver was friendly and easy to contact before, during, and after the transport. Appreciated the picture of my Mini atop the transporter somewhere along the route. Car was delivered on time. Good job!Easy Auto Ship

If there was an opportunity to give Easy Auto Ship a thousand stars it would be done no question. The communication between Myself and their **************** Agents, especially my Transport Agent ******* was exceptional!! The attentiveness and patience ******* gave on my Transport was Excellent!! For every concern, or question I had in the transportation process for my Dodge RAM **** was taken care of by My Transportation Agent *******, also I might add that the Entire customers *************** was wonderful in assisting as well. Their ************** stays with you at any time during the entire process of your transport once your vehicle is picked up. This would be the best choice for reliable transport for anyone who values great customer care for your cars or trucks. I moved from ********** to ****. My truck even got here a day early! Huge BONUS! Thanks Easy Auto Transport and ******* for getting my Truck here carefully and in Perfect shape!!Easy Auto Ship

Everything went to plan. No hassles. Actually had my car picked up same day and delivered to destination (**** miles) three days later. And the price was competitive with other shippers. Recommend Easy Auto ShipEasy Auto Ship

Great service, great price! This was the first time I have used a car shipping service and it was for a used RV I bought that needed to be shipped from **** to ********. I had lots of apprehension about having to do this and contemplated making the drive myself but the salesman at the dealer convinced me it was a regular service that they used. I searched around quite a bit and found Easy Auto Ship. They impressed me from the outset. Driver got the unit to me in just about 24 hours. Price for this company was about $1000 less than any of the competition. **************** was great, professional and friendly. They were quick to reply to all questions. Only minor issue was the initial quote from the online application gave a estimate that was way off base from what would reasonably be expected to cost for this service. Agent told me it was due to the program thinking an RV could be shipped on a flatbed like a regular car. Other than that, I had absolutely no issues with this company and would highly recommend them.Easy Auto Ship
