We just had 12 windows installed in our home. From the sales meeting to the installation this company was awesome. Our sales man was no pushy like other companies. The office staff kept us updated with whole process. The install crew was right on time. They placed plastic down inside and out. They put boot covers on each time. They completed install in just a few hours. We noticed right away the sound difference. It's so much quieter. We love the look of the windows. We highly recommend getting windows here!!

The installers were professional. Worked very hard the entire day and cleaned up when finished the windows are great. The job they did was great. The windows look awesome would recommend windows world products and installersWindow World

Everything went perfect. From sales, to keeping us informed on progress. Installer did a great job. I only had one huge window put in my garage aka man cave. I can already feel the difference.Window World

This is the first full day after I got a window replaced in my condo. So far, all is well The people I talked to were all nice and willing to answer questions. I had to get pretty much a replica of the one I had - due to my association - and they were able to match that. It did take about 4 months for the window to be installed from the time I ordered it. I was warned it could take up to 16 weeks to come in. But overall, no complaints so far.Window World

5 starsI had both storm doors repaired yesterday by your technician ******. He was both polite and careful while doing an excellent job replacing door closures. They were great now !!! He went above and beyond when I got tied up at doctors appointment he patiently went to lunch and waited the extra time until I could get back home to let him in for repair. 4 starsWell everything went great, but when it came to sign the Certification of Completion it was not the right price.It said balance due ***** but the charge on our credit card show more. What i'm trying to say is the Certification of Completion that we signed should have had the total price of what we owed. But they did due a very nice job.
