5 starsI am very happy with our experience, from the salesman to the completed installation. We purchased 5 windows. I appreciate there were no gimmicky sales, no high pressure sales, the salesman was knowledgeable & didn't rush. I had a detailed estimate. He answered all the questions. Windows came within the estimated time frame. The installer was very professional, skillful, and did a great trim job. He cleaned up everything leaving no mess. Office staff has great customer service skills. I definitely will be back to purchase more windows & will recommend to ***************** I compared with 2 other companies before deciding. My wife and I sat down with a few other window salesman before my mother recommended Window World. My mother had her windows done by Window World so we decided to sit down with Mr. ****** the salesman for Window World and he was very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to And he didnt try to over sell us. For the window price we ended up getting a sliding glass door because Window World price was very reasonable. I would recommend Window World and I have recommended Window World.Window World

5 starsWindow World ********** was fantastic! Our experience from requesting a quote through the installation was smooth as silk. Our salesman was knowledgeable and explained the window construction and step by step the process. We were informed with updates on the progress of our windows. The Manager worked with us closely on the installation date. And the installation crew! They were wonderful! Prompt, worked nonstop, conscientious and cleaned up everything. 5 starsSecond time using them and all went great. From the start, throughout the process to installation ******* was so helpful during the whole process. Our installer was fabulous. Took out old windows from a **** garage and installed new ones. Cleanup was spotless.Great experience overall
