I'm not giving this review 5 stars because it took a full week to receive a callback. I was asking a very simple question and it could have been answered within minutes (and, eventually was) once I was able to speak to someone, I was very satisfied with the response.LegalShield

They make it really hard to cancel. And services they provided are really lazy lawyer that don't like working with people with this service.LegalShield

Legal Shield failed to assist with a civil matter . They left me at the last minute to fight the situation with the courts without representation. They referred me to an attorney that never responded and they said sorry we can’t help you. I am floored that this is a response. I have 7 days to respond and time is up and I have no guidance. I feel that they are now taking my money and no longer providing the benefit that they promised.
I am now on the search for a legitimate legal organization to assist with consultation and assistance. I have had membership with them for over 15 years but now when I call the office, I do not always receive an answer and now a simple civil claim and no one can assist with answer. I don’t think this is the organization that they used to be. They need to be investigated. I am cancelling my contract and hope to prevent others from going this route. I hope that I am able to cancel but feel I also need to be refunded since they are no longer holding up their end of their agreementLegalShield
