    they said it was going to deliver on may 14 but it didn't so they send me another messages about delay notice and also I cant find my tracking updates they don't update it on the orders detail so I don't even know wheres my orders but when I told shein company to refund my money they said they cant

    I ordered through shein and speedx shipping i’m not getting any notifications about where my packages are and they are late. The shipping service is doing a horrible job of getting here on time and updating tracking information.

    My experience with SpeedX has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. Not only did they fail to deliver my package, but they falsely marked it as “undeliverable” despite having the correct address — which I confirmed multiple times. What’s worse is the blatantly fraudulent and negligent behavior from their customer service. After contacting them for help, I spoke to a live agent named *******, who initially claimed they would look into the issue. I was told that my case was being handled — but then nothing. No follow-up, no resolution, no explanation. I waited for several hours only to be completely ignored. ******* never returned with any answers and essentially abandoned the conversation without addressing why my clearly valid address was marked as “bad.” This is not just poor service; it’s a complete breakdown of communication and responsibility. SpeedX’s customer service is practically nonexistent, staffed by agents who appear to be either poorly trained or entirely disinterested in resolving even the most basic customer inquiries. It feels like the company uses these bogus “undeliverable” claims as a tactic to conveniently avoid responsibility — effectively stealing the package in the process. I strongly advise others to avoid using SpeedX. Between the deceptive delivery practices, unresponsive and ineffective support staff, and lack of any meaningful customer care, it’s clear this company cannot be trusted to handle anything of value.

    Hello, my complaint is about SpeedX not updating me about my SHEIN order. I know this might be a little extra, but I would atleast like updates about my order since I haven’t gotten any updates since May 1, 2025 it is now May 14, 2025. I also ordered my package on April 30, 2025. Like I said it is May 14, 2025. I would just like updates and faster delivery.

    I ordered a package from SHEIN on May 2, 2025. I ordered a total of 32 article of clothes totaling out to $401.72. 31/32 of my clothes were to be delivered by a company called SpeedX however I have not received the package. I have tried NUMEROUS methods to contact them such as: calling and texting the number provided by SHEIN, attempted on 2 different days to contact them omthrough the website (they only use AI chat and when I asked to speak to a human it said that someone would email me within 24 hours which never happened), and attempting to visit the facility to speak with someone however there are no addresses listed anywhere in the state of Texas for this company. This package was desperately needed for my birthday trip and this experience with this company is derailing my plans. I have no idea where the package is as of today 5/13/25. Their website has no updated information it only shows that the shipping label was created on 05/03/25. If it is somehow I can get my package by the morning I would greatly appreciate any help you all can provide.

    I ordered a big shein order a little over a week now and its already past its delivery date. The website says its in LAX and the shipping carrier is speedx but speedx hasnt updated anything since i got the tracking number. I ordered this package with enough time to arrive before I needed it but Ive seen so many complaints about SpeedX and how many others aren’t receiving their packages either but only when its been shipped with speedx. I just want my package before my trip and for any updates on it.

    My order hasn’t been delivered. I’m from San Antonio and so on my tracking it says that it’s here but it doesn’t want to be delivered because of invalid address supposedly when that has always been my address. I’ve never had a problem with it until now . I don’t know what else to do I tried doing a live chat with an agent because Speedx doesn’t have a phone number. They were no help either . They ended the chat when I still had questions. I decided to speak to another agent but no one showed up. I’ve been there for hours waiting for one. I contacted SHEIN to tell them my issue which they can’t do anything. I have items that are customized with faces on it. I’ve been seeing reports that speedx has been doing this to people and stealing their packages. I really don’t think it’s fair that a package that’s in my area for days that they don’t wanna deliver. This address I’ve always used I don’t know why now it’s a problem. SHEIN has also been giving me there number which I call and it’s not even a real number . I’ve called it

    I ordered a shipment on April 17,2025 and on April 22,2025 it made it to speedx warehouse but the address u search on google isn’t the them and they say my package has been stuck there since the 22nd of April it’s now may 4,2025 and I still haven’t received my package they don’t have proper customer service communication.     i ordered a package from shein on april 17th 2025, they said it would be delivered anywhere from the 23-30th, it ended up in tulsa the 25th and said out for delivery, and then it kept saying there was delays in transit and they were unable to deliver the package due to an address issue and it would be shipped back to the facility it came from, i tried to contact shein customer service and SpeedX customer service multiple times explaining that, that is in fact my correct address and i’ve ordered from them before with that address and there has been no issue receiving it so why is this time any different? they keep saying to just wait and they won’t give me a refund after i’ve asked multiple times, they keep saying to update my address but there is nothing to update when the address is literally correct. it’s very frustrating that SpeedX just seems to scam people and not do what they’re supposed to do and they don’t support people with the service they deserve. my order was $84.52, that’s a lot of money nowadays and im tired of waiting and getting no answers and them not delivering my package or giving me a refund.
