  About half of what has been ordered has been faulty or has leaked directly into the sealed package (upon opening the product is everywhere its not supposed to be). They say to return it in its original packaging...That's not possible in the cases where the packaging is so coated with vape juice I can't).

  I have never had a problem with this company EVER and a lot of these reviews are UNFAIR. I have spent over $1,000 with this company over the past year.First - They have a 30-DAY return policy so make sure all of your vapes work before then!! If you wait over a month to check your items, they don't have to refund anything!Second - Their customer service has been good to me. I had one order arrive a vape short. They responded to my email quickly and asked if I wanted a refund or a store credit (I took the latter).

  I purchased items from perfect Vape twice. The second order had 5 items. One item does not work. I asked to return it on the website because it does not charge. I received an email saying request rejected. No explanationjust rejected in bold letters. Then I saw the rating on the website. I clicked and saw they had tons of complaints. ****** learned.

  The absolute best in the business….I’ve placed a couple of dozen orders through perfectvape, and I’ll continue doing so. The order I received today was ordered in the late hours of the 26 of September, past their business hours, and I received the package on the 29th before lunchtime, I had the package in my hand less than 48 hours after I placed the order, that’s very impressive for going to Indiana from Oklahoma City, roughly 800 miles. In regards to the negative reviews on here that are mostly written by chronic complainers, perfect vape has no control of your package once it’s handed over to the USPS, any shipping complaints should be directed to the USPS. And to the reviewers that give a one star review because one of their 10 dollar Chinese disposable vapes is supposedly DOA, it’s going to happen, especially with the extremely large volume that PV sells, perfectvape isn’t attempting to scam you out of your 10 bucks, you should contact the manufacturer of the vape and they will take care of you. Ignore the negative reviews, 99% of them are for things they have absolutely no control over, the other 1% come from people that will never be happy with their purchase, regardless of their actual shopping experience(s). Do not hesitate to order from perfectvape, unless you’re one of these types of people that believe the world revolves around them and insist on constantly complaining about anything and everything, then sadly, you’ll never be completely satisfied with any online retailer.

  Sent me nicotine salts that were not sealed, leaked in the package and no seal on the bottle. They refused to accept the return. They did give me a $10 credit, which I will never use because they send out product that is not sealed and expect you to use it.Would you use Tylenol if the bottle was not sealed? I sure as heck would not.Same applies to nicotine salts but they expect me to use it.

  Unless you are located in the same state and can actually talk to someone in person about an order, don't come here. You are subject to paying not only for your order and shipping, but if the package is not delivered to your address and you want a refund, you get less than 75% of what you paid back. Don't waste your time.
