    Confused by the horrible reviews... I ordered in bulk and was anxious prior to its arrival because of the reviews. Every single item in my order came without an issue -- pretty fast shipping as well. I'm definitely planning on ordering again.

    I use this company often and Im a huge fan. When my package was lost they promptly sent a new one. Ive only had to reach out to customer service once, and they responded when they had opened next. (It was on the weekend)

    I would give 0 stars if I could. A couple of my smaller orders arrived just fine but a 200 dollar order said it was delivered and didnt come until 3 months later. The box wasnt tampered with or looked rough so it didnt seem to be a shipping company issue but I thought maybe a neighbor got it and didnt deliver it until months later? So I made an over 300 dollar order and got not even a quarter of the order. Perfect vape customer service kept saying they checked their cameras and everything was packaged in one box but the box was small and filled to the brim with the few that came so all the vapes wouldnt even fit in the box I received. Weeks of emails *************** of them saying their CEO would have to contact me and now months later, still havent heard back.

    Scam ppl. They advertise great products... orders because it was cheaper but then only received 2.. not cheaper I advice everyone to stay clear of this site unless want to pay more .

    Will sell to minors and when they learn it's to a minor, they still ship it. Had a conversation yesterday by email and needed proof I was an adult, then they stopped answering emails. Will not refund my credit card.

    DO NOT order from perfect vape SCAM, I cancelled my order 5 minutes after ordering, they said they would need verification of my age (funny they didn't check that before I ordered then they said no refunds, SCAM lesson learned I would reccomend Element vape they are fantastic, I have dealt with them for yrs. not 1 problem I hope place folds up fast
