      I submitted a claim for new couch cushion covers and they denied it without good reason. What is the point of a warranty if it doesn't do anything? This company needs to be investigated for fraud.

      This company is worse then **************** Company's. I tried to put a claim in for my sectional and they denied it stating it was a seam separation. When I got this plan I was told that it would cover any damages to my sectional which is not the case. They are a scam and should not be in business.

      Horrible company, it is a fraud, they will deny your claim without any reason.

      Filed a claim for couch cushion covers that busted at the seams. They denied it even though according to the brochure it would be covered. This company needs to be shut down or have lawsuits filed against it.

      Horrible Customer Service. We had a repair guy come out over 2 months ago and have not heard back from anyone. He was supposedly ordering parts to fix our chair. I have emailed the person that set up the appointment and was handling the claim with no response. The claims department also said that our couch issue was normal wear and tear, and the technician told us the damage is certainly not wear and tear and should be covered in the warranty. The money spent on the warranty is a waste for any consumer if they don't honor it. Starting to feel as if this is a scam.

      Worst insurance policy I ever purchased! Been buying furniture from Jeromes for years never had to use the warranty good thing since 1st time Ive tried was denied, sent me an un signed document and told me it was legal

      This company totally a scam bought protection for loveseat and couch was assured was covered when I filed claim was denied. Company total scam do not buy

      This warranty company is terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We've been waiting over 12 months and counting for a part, no callbacks or good process in place for customers. Ni credits and long hold time with calls ending abruptly.

      I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by *****************************, a ***************** Manager at Furniture Care Protection. She often leaves work early and fails to fulfill her responsibilities, providing neither support to her staff nor assistance to customers.It took her four months to review my claim after four of her staff members struggled to obtain the back-ordered parts. Eventually, my claim was denied due to an incorrect association with someone elses furniture. The image attached was of a different house and a ******** chair, not my couch.Additionally, one of her staff members attempted to compensate me $115 for an item worth $1200 as a buy off to drop my claim. This level of service is unacceptable, and I strongly believe that ******* should reconsider their partnership with Furniture Care Protection.

      This company is a joke I've had a couple issues with this company and the first one I end up winning only because I had written a nasty review about them and he had called me informed me that as soon as you take that review down I will gladly talk to you and work with you now I'm dealing with them because I got a new couch because my other couch was defected so they had to replace it at their cost now they're stating my warranty is no longer valid and I do have a problem with my couch and I do have the protection plan it has cigarette ***** in it and they supposed to cover it with the plan but now they're saying it's no longer valid I would never ever recommend this company to anyone they are very rude and they will not honor their protection plan like I mentioned the first time I spoke to him when I had my first problem with them they give me an ultimatum take that review down and I will honor your protection plan that is not very good customer relationship and not very good company customer service in the end I would like to add do not ever trust this company Zucora and also they were always pointing the finger at ********** where I purchased the furniture they said my protection plan was not valid but they did Scotch guard my furniture for free through the protection plan and when I called them about my cigarette ***** which is covered they said it was not valid but then again they did cover the scotch Gaurding. Cut them contradicting themselves many times through our conversations I highly do not recommend this company. ***************************.Windsor *******
