      This company is ridiculously crooked. I was sold from Jeromes furniture an (OPs warranty) that covers most accidental claims. And a year later when I filed a claim they denied it claiming they didnt have sufficient information on how the damage was done. Thinking they would call me and get the info when they needed it they just denied it and said the matter is closed and can no longer file a claim on the 6k sectional I bought. Because the claim on the couch is now closed. I need to be refunded for the full amount of the cost of the warranty. There staff was rude and unhelpful. Super disappointed and will never buy from furniture companies again.

      I would give it zero star, but ****** doesnt allow you too. I was contacted last week to let me know that the claim I submitted was denied.Yes, there are a few dents in the table along with the damage that was submitted with the claim.Didn't realize that I would be pentalized for a every little ding. My understanding was by purchasing the warranty, it would cover the table, chairs, or the bench when damaged.Unfortunately this makes me not to ever spend the money for a extended furniture warranty. I feel like its a scam.

      If I could give more than one ZERO, I would HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and the ******************** warranty is TRASH. When I lifted my glass off of my coffee table the glass broke and lifting my mirrored dresser the corner of that piece of furniture chopped and when I called to report it and have it replaced they are saying that it is NOT covered it is certain clauses. That should NOT matter a DAMAGE is a DAMAGE whether you are moving, moving the furniture around, etc.They are saying that my damages were caused by a moving company and it is NOT covered I would have to contact the moving company, I never said it was a moving company so if it was no moving company at all, then who am I supposed to contact? Then I was told because I have 3 claims for 3 different items that were damaged, whether I had 3 or 39 that is the purpose of have a protection for your items so you will NOT have to pay out of pocket to have the damages to the items fixed.The Supervisor that I spoke to was NOT helpful nor was she even willing to do all that she can to assist in this matter, it was just well my notes specify this and that, no let me put you on hold to see what I can do.. NOTHING!!!!If the tables were turned and it happened to the individuals working for the company theyd want their merchandise that they paid for to be covered and replaced. **************** has gone down the drain and this company is not worth you spending your money on and having your items protected because they ONLY expect damages to happen while the items are I your home.Well, I had no control over having to move due to COVID and if did NOT have to move my items would NOT have been damaged, but either way that is the purpose of having FURNITURE CARE PROTECTION to protect your items so when damages do occur it will be covered.Spend your money on other reputable furniture care protection companies because they are NOT willing to assist you here.

      0 rating-Purchased this coverage through *************************. My cats were accidently locked in a room with the sofa that was covered under this warranty. The cat/cats urinated on the couch cushions, in between so that all three of the cushions had urine on them including the one side pillow. ****** from the Furniture Protection claims this is "not a single incident stain" and my claim has been denied! YES, this IS a SINGLE INCIDENT STAIN!!!! Now it has been a week that the urine has been on the couch waiting for them to respond!!! I have contacted ************************* to investigate, but if something is not done, I will not be buying furniture from them as well!!!

      Had a customer sit on my couch, heard a loud break sound. Filed a claim, the repair man came to check out the break on the frame. When moving the couch and flipping it over, I heard more breaking noise and pieces falling as he flipped it over. He said that it "wasn't repairable because the wood that was used is cheap and fractures when it breaks. The wooden support frame piece isnt a solid piece of wood. Its like, compressed fragments. Even if it's a 1 time break it never just breaks in 1/2 it splinter and cracks everywhere on the wood beam." So he said he would "report back that the couch needs replaced." When the warranty company reviewed it, it was denied. Due to extensive damage to the frame and it being broken multiple places on the beam. So I told them about the repair man flipping it and it cracking and breaking more and they said well its limited warranty and we don't cover extensive breaks to the frame. In my contract it says specifically, if the frame breaks due to a single incident, that it's covered and will be replaced. But she said it doesn't cover multiple breaks in the beam only a single one time break. It wasn't a damaged extensively but the wood fractured and the repair man probably did more damage flipping a broken couch with a chaise attached upside down by himself. And the claim representative was so dense and rude and didn't know anything about sending me and itemized review of their review to deny the claim. Didn't let me talk to a supervisor. And refused to work with me as a customer who would be continuing our business with this warranty company, gladly, if they specified in the contract about the logistics behind their review. In the contract, it states a 1 time break in the wood frame is covered. I was very frustrated and ended up in tears with the representative because of their lack of integrity and customer service and lack of information not specified in the contract. I do not recommend this warranty to anyone.

      Purchased an extended warranty with Furniture Care Protection at ******'s. The warranty stated an aggregated amount of $5,000. I was *********** would cover inflation in case my sectional needed to be replaced. The cost of my sectional was $4604.61. FCP states they will cover the purchase price of $3696.45. Why the difference? I had to cover taxes, that was part of the purchase price, and what happened to the aggregated amount of $5,000? Add insult to injury, I have seven days to complete my reselection. Anything comparable to what I purchased is above $7,000. My leather sectional consists of 4 power recliners, one stationary armless chair and a wedge. This makes me feel like I'm being coerced to getting myself in debt for a major purchase I was not expecting. Let this be a warning to all thinking of purchasing Furniture Care Protection (FCP). I feel scammed. The sad part of it all, I have purchased a dining room set, multiple bed frames, sectional and added the Furniture Care Protection to all my purchases at ******'s. What a fool I have been.

      ZERO stars! I purchased the protection plan under the impression that it was a valued plan. After filing a legitimate claim, it was denied. During the brief explanation of denial, it was obvious that the plan I purchased was bogus and the use of "disclaimers" in the contract were used to quickly end the conversation. I purchased the plan on the spot when I bought my furniture. Had I read the reviews prior to purchase, I would NOT have purchased the plan. That was my mistake. After my denial, I then read the reviews which validated my overall opinion; this company is bogus and it needs to be publicized to prevent others from being misled from wasting their money.

      Would give 0 stars if I could.Horrible service. A big Scam. Wouldnt cover my couch damage. The first issue I had they treated me as though I was trash. WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.Trash ??

      WANT TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS BUT SITE WON'T ALLOW THAT !!! When you call it sounds like a ******************* operation. Have been waiting for a call back from a manager for 3 days. (do they exist?) Leather on couch and loveseat (set cost me over $5000) from ******** Furniture in FL (another 0 star company) is splitting, stitching is popping and seat cushions are collapsing. Each time I call FCP, I'm on hold for awhile then when they pick up the call lasts at least 30 plus mins explaining the issues. I get someone different listening to my complaint each time I call. They've made me e-mail them pictures 3 times. It is SO BAD that I have 2 claims open at the same time because while waiting for them to address the 1st claim with the couch, the same began on the loveseat. They want to send a tech to partially fix then send out again when they receive rest of the parts, 2 boxes with cushions and leather were delivered around Feb 15th. BTW: The repair is farmed out to ANOTHER company who texts you requesting you go to their site to make appt. If you see their name on a contract or find yourself in ****** Furniture: RUN !! Don't walk away !!!

      If I could give a negative rating, I would! Our decision to purchase extended warranty coverage from Furniture Care Protection has turned out to be a regrettable mistake. We invested $500, expecting reliable support for any furniture mishaps, as assured by the salesperson at ******'s. However, the reality couldn't be further from the truth.It's abundantly clear that Furniture Care Protection operates on deception and misinformation. The language in their warranty agreement is intentionally ambiguous, providing ample room for them to exploit loopholes and unjustly deny valid claims. Despite my claim meeting the criteria of a "single incident," as explicitly stated in the contract, it was summarily dismissed without justification.The denial of my claim not only demonstrates Furniture Care Protection's disregard for fulfilling their contractual obligations but also highlights their lack of integrity and accountability. This experience has been exacerbated by the unprofessional conduct of individuals like *****, *****************************, and ***************************. Their dismissive attitude and failure to address customer concerns only add insult to injury.To anyone considering purchasing coverage from Furniture Care Protection, I urge you to reconsider. It's a waste of money, time, and emotional energy to deal with unprofessional individuals who would have you believe that the sky is yellow when it's ************. Save yourself the frustration and seek reputable alternatives for your furniture protection needs.
