    Do not use this factoring company they made a lot of mistakes and they make the customer pay for their mistakes customer service is very poor rude and not helpful I dont recommend this company at all

    I've been with TBS for 12 years. At 1st, everything was great! But these last few years...has been h*** No communication, massive chargebacks, UCC leans on companies, workers have attitude...The place just *****. If anyone is reading this, I am the sole owner of my company. TBS messes over the little guys like us. Bring your business elsewhere.

    TBS communication with their clients is absolutely terrible! You have to wait ***** hours to speak with someone in regard to your account. This policy wasn't like this in the beginning but as they are their customer ********************** took a drastic decline. I have requested callbacks & reports to be sent numerous times and emails get ignored. If you're looking for a factoring company do not go here. You are not treated as a valued customer.

    In October of 2023 my account with TBS was fraudulently changed with no verification from TBS. The loads I was factoring was going to ********** in ********** and they will not talk to me on this matter.i have contacted tbs weekly about this and get the same message we will get back with you and not here a thing until I contact them again. My account manager is no longer with TBS. *** turned information from my local sheriffs department over to them also . Now they are harassing my broker every time I do loads for them.Looks like we will not get our money for these jobs so I would not recommend doing business with TBS factoring company in *******

    I have been a customer of TBS for 16 years and recommended many companies to them. Over the past few years their customer ********************** has declined rapidly. They charge wire fees and you wont get funded till the next day. Their rules and policies change all the time. If there is a chargeback, they do not notify you, they just charge it back without warning. No time to correct or check on the situation. Or at the very least, let you know when they will chargeback, so you can prepare. By the time you get the schedule it is to late. They already took your money. The communication is zero. When you call to speak with someone, you can never get through. When you leave a message for someone to call you back, it could be hours or the next day, if ever. Forget if it is an immediate need! If you try to communicate by email, they have the same robot responses hours or days later and will not speak on the phone. As a customer, we are trusting them to handle our money/accounting and you can't speak to anyone? When they are incorrect about BOLs and you answer them immediately per their request, they put you back at the back of the line, so they say. More time wasted! Funny, when we started with them in 2008, they had 5 stars! Some idiot thought their changes were improvements!!! This was the last draw for us! We are tired of them treating us like a number! However, they do not care, but if enough people know and leave, they might!!!

    DO NOT USE TBs to factor loads.I have used then for 14 years and the service has gone to trash.Like everyone else has stated on reviews they charge you back without explanations, the latest incident has me done with them. I factored a load and they requested a bol they said was missing I sent that bol same day and then next day they took **** back it had not even been 30 days for the broker to even pay. I have been on the phone which is hours long on hold and emails and they won't pay me back till they recieve payment from broker. This was there mistake I did exactly as requested. There should have never been a chargeback. This company needs to be investigated.

    Hello, by this means, I have to reflect my bad experience with *** There are several reasons but the most serious of all is that the *** factory has had a balance for months of more than $8 thousand dollars that has not yet been paid to me, the reasons are due to their poor work, where these refunds are unjustifiable. As a company owner, I directly contacted each broker who supposedly had not paid to see the situation and told us that the loads with their respective documentation are fine, they even sent us proof of payments. I notify *** through this means. that what is happening with my Company is a serious violation, since my employees have not been able to collect their salary due to your lack of payment, it is the third time that I have contacted you, unfortunately I am going to escalate this event to another entity The other uncomfortable situation is that their representatives lack training, they do not have control of the situation.Unfortunately this factory lacks professionalism and seriousness

    I have 3 companies that I recommended to TBS. Each company has their own MC#, address and owner. The only thing in common with these three are that my name is listed as a contact since I help with the paperwork for the loads and factoring.One of the companies hasn't factored in over a year so TBS closed the account. We wanted to reactivate the account and was informed that we were not incompliance with TBS policies and that we were going to have to send a termination letter to receive our LOR and the $375 in cash reserves. The termination letter was sent in November 9, 2023 and still can't get a response as to when they will release this company.In the mean time we were informed that the other two companies were also going to have to send in termination letters because one owner can't have three companies. I explained to them that is not the case because each company has there own mc, address and owner. I don't own any of them I'm just a contact.Since 2019 we have had nothing but problems getting our fuel advances, settlements and sometimes double paid and when that was brought to their attention it only made things worse because they didn't know how to handle it. I would highly not recommend using TBS Factoring, they are the most unorganized company I've ever had to deal with. Trying to call in for help you have an average of 69 people in front of you and to leave a call back that does not happen, to email they very rarely answer that. So at this point you really don't know which way to turn to get help.

Unfortunately, the companies in question do not meet our Underwriting guidelines are no longer eligible for our factoring services.A TBS representative has been in communication with the owners of each of the three companies to outline the necessary steps for resolving their respective accounts, to help facilitate what is required for them to be released of obligation to TBS. This process includes the fulfillment of all financial obligations, including the resolution of any unpaid balances owed to TBS, as per our policy guidelines. Once these requirements are met, TBS will proceed with the appropriate actions to finalize the release of their accounts.We value open communication and are committed to resolving any outstanding issues in a fair and timely manner. Our goal is to provide clear guidance and support to all our clients throughout their interactions with our services.

    Want to work for free?I already gave my opinion on trust pilot but it deserves to reach everyone it can. Do you want to have to hire a person to work full time managing TBS? Do you like being ignored and having your calls go to a automated "call back list"? Than TBS is the company for you!We have had:-Non factored loads been paid to TBS and they hold the funds for over a year and give us the run around about whether they have it or not.-Chargebacks multiple time on the same load, despite the load having been paid in full by the broker.-"Oops we can't find the payment in our system, we have to chargeback the load" despite being given the exact time and ACH transfer number from the broker.-One time they deposited $6,000 of another company's money into our account and realized it 18 months later and started pulling money out of our account. But somehow it was our fault?-Recieved chargebacks 3 weeks after the load date despite the contract stating that we were on a 90 day recourse.-Not sending invoices to brokers and then charging us money. Icing on the cake is that they then ask us to send an invoice ourself, I mean at least give me some benefits for my labor.-Anytime you seem to be making headway and getting somewhere....BAM... new account executive that will take 3 weeks to figure out the system, but not before they make about 15K in mistakes.-Do you remember back in the day where you had limited minutes on your cell phone? TBS must have a similar provider for their email and phone, they send about 1 email a day and 60% of the time it is the good old "we are review this issue"I could write a book of essays of all the ways that this is the worst factoring company you could choose to work with. But I don't have the time, we got a new account executive and I'm busy training her on their own system.

    Dealing with this company has been one of the most exasperating experiences of my life! Their customer ********************** is reprehensible and many of their agents are indifferent....that is when they finally come to the phone after 45 minutes. I have no desire to relive the horror, so I will pass on giving the details of this nightmare, other than to say that it has been over a month, and they would not factor my load (for 1 poor excuse after another) nor will they release me (even after extorting me for an alleged unpaid invoice and mysterious UCC fee that they have yet to disclose the amount of). I always wondered what TBS stood for; I guess now I know. I will never do business with this company again!

    Hello. The $232.50 was received and posted to the clients account by our ********************** Please note that there is a process that all accounts must go through when issuing a notice of release. Those processing times can be further extended in the event of holiday closures, as in this case. While we are unsure why there was an additional chargeback report sent, there are no further charges owed to TBS other than what was requested to be paid. A letter of release has since been issued on the account and TBS considers this matter resolved.
