1 starTBS lied to us. While signing up with them they told us that we will only need to pay 2% fees. When I read the contract they stated 4%. When I ask our agent about it ********************* she told us we shouldn't worry about it, because we are a LLC we will only need to pay 2%. So we trusted and believe her and sign the contract. Once we had our first load they took a wooping 4% and made problems. It was a headache to get our money. They said ******* wasn't valid. When texting ***** why TBS charge us 4% instead of the promise 2% she ignored us and didn't responded. Then we wanted to add a dispatcher onto our account. I called 5x no one responded to us. They log us out from our app account. We had to cancel and send a termination Letter via certified mail. We also email them our Termination. No one ever responded to us. HORRIBLE SERVICE!Review fromedrina h

1 starThis company by far is the worst. They will send emails after emails with no results. They have 17 people handling 1 situation and still no results. Tried to apply a payment to my company that belonged to a broker. After investigation, in 2021, the check was lost/not cashed by ******** NEVER resolve the balance with the broker. It is now 2023 and the check/ACH payment is not accounted for by TBS even though a new ACH was completed 8-31-23. The broker provided the transaction ID still nothing from TBS. DO NOT FACTOR with this company. While they are a large company and have several "great" reviews, this company doesn't serve the small businesses like mine. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!! They will not work with you nor will they release you!!!! Find a factoring company that is going to provide the attention you need if you're a small business. I'm on email 56 and call 23 trying to get this situation resolved. Send my release and have a bless day!!!!Review fromALEXANDER G

I am the manager of a company who has the displeasure of working with TBS. I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour and a half to speak with anyone in company. On 01/23,24,25/2023 We have requested a call back and have not been contacted yet. We owe nothing and have requested a letter of release since November 3, 2022. And we have nothing. A horrible CompanyTBS Factoring Service, LLC

On Friday, Jan. 30, a TBS representative spoke with the client and resolved concerns. After confirming the client's open balance with us was paid, TBS waived and settled the fees and sent the general release and UCC3 to the client the same day.Review fromReinaldo C

TBS follows industry practice and charges back for broker advances taken by clients and our clients understand that they will be charged back for broker advances taken. Here, the Client disagrees with certain chargebacks and TBS has contacted the Client to clarify the details of the balance due. Further, TBS provided instructions to the Client on the correct format for listing broker advances to avoid future discrepancies. Rather than demand immediate payment in full, TBS is willing to work with the Client to establish a reasonable payment plan to resolve their charge-back balance.Review fromEd H

I have been with TBS Factoring for 4 years. Recently they have become extremely difficult to work with. I have NOT had an account manager to speak of. Supposedly *********************************** was my account manager but I have never been able to speak to him. Then ******************* was assigned to me and I have never spoken to her, despite all of my requests, I only know these names because they are on the Schedules. Would have been nice to speak to someone who could resolve even some of the simplest things such as fees they charged without justification. Also, no one answers the phone, you have to wait at least an hour for a return phone call. For those and many other reasons I have made the decision to leave them for another factoring company. We are now in the middle of the buyout process, and they are holding things up for no good reason. There is one load that was paid and is still left on the aging report, they are ghosting all of us including my new factor company over this. We have sent them all the information showing that it was paid, pretty straight forward but they obviously don't care. What should have been an easy transition has become a nightmare. Our business relies on factoring as it requires a lot of money to operate, hence why we factor. Now I have to shut down my business until they decide to do the right thing and release us so we can go back to work. I would give them a zero star if I could. I can't in good conscience recommend them to anyone going forward.TBS Factoring Service, LLC

TBS worked with the client to resolve any account issues and bring the account to good standing to move forward with the accounts buyout. The current Account Executive has been in communication with the client and was able to resolve the aged invoices referenced. TBS offers the option to factor, if needed, during the buyout due diligence process. TBS management will follow up to ensure all issues are fully resolved in order finalize the accounts buyout smoothly.Review fromJeanett N.

TBS Account Executive and Leadership has been in communication with the client regarding the account’s past due balance. TBS fuel advance policy requires any past due balances to be paid off prior to receiving a fuel advance. TBS worked with the client and made exceptions to approve fuel advances with the understanding that the account will require all past due balances to be paid off prior to approving any new fuel advances. TBS follows industry practice and charge backs may occur in the event of any invoice short payments or discrepancies. Here, the Client disagrees with certain chargebacks and TBS has contacted the Client to clarify the details of the balance due. Rather than demand immediate payment in full, TBS is willing to work with the Client to establish a payment plan to resolve their charge-back balance.Review fromT. C.

If I could give a 0 star I would. I have been with TBS since 2017, I started out with Seth as my Account Executive he was great at communication. Then they changed my account rep to Vivian, again she was great. However in the last year I was given Olivia who is the worse. She lacks proper communication, she constantly makes excuses, I tried bringing this to the attention of Callie her supervisor who turned out to be worse than Olivia. It's as if they company trains It's employees to lie when convenient and makes excuses when necessary. It's been 3 months I am still waiting on Callie to call us back . I have asked for their corporate number which they only give the main switch board number. I've asked for their HR department only to be given their main switch board number. Since signing up with TBS I have lost drivers due to TBS inability to payout exhibits ontime. Why submit billing at 9am, only to wait until 6pm to be paid? Some days it's ACH regardless if you're requesting wire. TBS states that if you bill by noon you'll be paid same day, however when this doesn't happen they then claim same day funding is not guaranteed.TBS Factoring Service, LLC

*** Leadership reached out to the client to address their concerns. There was a misunderstanding in regard to the request for a callback. The *** representative addressed this in the phone call with the client. Resolutions were discussed on the call to resolve the clients current issues on the account. Also during the phone call, the *** representative walked the client through the process of submitting schedules, and how *** will be processing their account moving forward. The *** representative and the client came up with resolutions to their current concerns and made amendments to the overall handling of the clients account.TBS Factoring Service, LLC
