  Scam! Sent my elderly parent a letter requesting $3,000 payment by 30 days for a medical supply company. He owed nothing. Any order from that company had been paid by Medicare 3 years ago. Preying on the elderly.

  Received 5 letters from Assured Collections, LLC totaling $1,893.94 for a debt to Philcare Medical Supplies for dates of service 5/25/2020, 6/8/2020 and 7/11/2020. I have never had any type of medical supplies given to me from any doctor, especially in the height of the pandemic when we were encouraged to not see a doctor unless we were dying. This is a total scam, the google phone number for Philcare is disconnected and when you call the 833 number on the "collection letter" it goes straight to a voicemail box #1.
  Not paying this, will dispute to my death!!!!

  Sent a letter saying I owed about 8000$ in debt to a Texas hospital. Hospital said I owe nothing and they have never heard of this company. A spam!!!

  I just rec'd collection letter from Assured Collections (AC) for 11 non existent services I received in Phx AZ from a Tulsa OK company in 2019. Tried calling AC and left messages, no response as yet.
  I will report AC to Medicare Fraud, Dep of Health, and the Office of the Inspector General. I gave this company the a worst possible one star rating, unfortunately a zero star rating was not an option.

  Trying to collect on something that was paid in 2019. How dare you Alexis. Get a real job girl!
  People do not send them anything! They're trying to collect on something that doesn't even exist. If I could leave -100 stars I would.

  Like many other posters on this site, I also received two past due collection notices for medical equipment charges. The dates of service on both collection notices were the same. After research, I found one was legit, because it occurred in Jan2021 before I had completed paying my Medicare deduction. I paid that balance and then this ass clown outfit re-sent another notice for the other fraudulent same day billing. When I called their customer service bimbo (Alexis) and asked how it's possible they would have two different charges for the same medical device on the same date, she hung the phone up. When I called back, she again hung up the phone. As everyone knows from reading other reviews, this is a scam outfit. It's absolutely laughable how the first sentence of the Assured Financial collection letter says that my account "has been assigned to our agency for recovery". Assigned? The fact is, they are the same company!

  Assured Collections sent me a letter stating I owe $5,995.00 from 6/22/2020When I called the number to their so called office an EXTREMELY rude representative (Alexis) answered. When I question her about the invoice she started yelling telling me I owe Dr ****; a doctor I had seen back in 2020. When I questioned Alexis to be more specific; she started yelling and then she hung up the phone. I tried calling her back several times. However; the call kept going straight to her voicemail. I called the doctor’s office she mentioned and I was told, they have NO knowledge of any outstanding bill (debt) owed to them by me. I think this company is scamming people and something needs to be done to stop this practice.

  This “company” has been billing Medicare for services NOT received by patients. Now they have sent to collection agencie against “patient” me. This is fraud - false by pretense of services rendered. This “company “ cannot be reached by any of its many phone numbers listed.

  This company is a known Medicare scam site. Read about this company by goggling it and you can get numbers to report activity directly to Medicare fraud and to the Dept. of Health and Human Services, Office of the Inspector General. Of course, they will not allow me to give you these numbers, but they are easily accessible on the internet. DO NOT pay them a dime!!!!

  I received letter stating I owe 5995.00. Do not owe this. Am 83.
