My wife put $59 worth of gas in our car at the QT gas station on 60th and L Street and they put $175 hold on my bank account. I contacted corporate to ask why they would do such a large amount? Mike from corporate decided he wanted to tell me it was up to my bank's discretion they don't do that but when I contacted my bank they said they have no way to determine how much money you're going to put in gas and they have nothing to do with that that is the gas stations discretion so instead of trying to fix the issue with their gas station Mike decided he would rather lie to me and lose a customer and that was perfectly okay!Business Response

To whom it may concern, we have been customers of your guys since 2006 and we had problems with all of the locations in mesa az. My husband has your guys app and he wanted a coffee and a pretzels today. And they are nicer to a guy in a wheelchair and the employee new the guys name and were really nice to him. They were rude to my husband and the pretzels and coffee were free. And you guys didnt have any pretzels because the customers take them all. He is upset because he didn't have anything for lunch today. He really was looking forward to the pretzels and the lady was rude about the coffee. They always have been rude to us for years. We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. And we are disabled too.we want free stuff back for the heartache. We want our money back of $300.00 dollars because we spent alot of money there. It is ridiculous to.

We apologized to customer for their disappointing visit at one of our QuikTrip stores. I reassured customer that situation would be resolved and we have taken the appropriate actions to ensure it does not occur again. We, at QuikTrip, strive everyday to provide our customers with the most professional, well-trained employees anywhere.

We want our money back and not a gift card because we don't go there all a time. We don't want deal with the company because they care about a guy in a wheelchair. Because they now the guys name on the wheelchair. And we are on foot and don't drive. We want $70.00 dollars. Because they are a joke. They are too nice to the customers. Thank you.

I was making a purchase at the counter. And I kindly asked the clerk behind the counter and register. By the name of ***********. If he heard me say that the fountain drink was a refill. *********** cursed me out. And said " What the **** I herd you." *********** said this kind of quietly. I then asked ***********. If he just used the * word AT me. And *********** admitted that he did in fact use the * word AT me. And I said to *********** " I don't know who you think your talking to. But your definitely NOT talking to me like that. " I was just absolutely beside myself. Then after I requested corporates phone number. And about the time. *********** was writing down corporates phone number. *********** said " I don't care. I'm NOT afraid of anybody anyways." I also said to *********** " You need to find a new career." I said this to *********** As a result of receiving such hostile and rude treatment of him using the F word AT me. Then after I said to ***********. That he needed to find a new career. *********** told me to leave the premises. After asking another guy if he would check me out. *********** finally but rudely agreed to check me out. I am just absolutely beside myself. For being cursed out and receiving hostile behavior. For asking such a simple question. It's crystal clear to me *********** ISN'T afraid of loosing his career there either. Because if he was. Then he wouldn't be speaking to people like this. So I'm requesting that *********** Is fired (terminated) from the QuikTrip corporation as a whole. And that QuikTrip responds to me. I NEVER plan on returning to this store again. Because I feel like it's a toxic and hostile environment.Business Response

If your NOT willing to make known. The disciplinary action that your taking if any on the employee ***********. Then please inform me of what QuikTrip as a whole. Plans to do to prevent such hostile and rude behavior with its employees IN GENERAL. Because remember this guy *********** made it known to me that he was a supervisor. And a supervisor sets the examples for his employees. If an employee sees and hears his supervisor talk to a customer with such disrespect. And such disregard for the way he speaks to people. Then there's a chance that employee or employees that follows the supervisors ***********s instructions. Is going to think silently in their head. Something along the lines of " You know what. I seen my supervisor *********** speak to customers like this. So I can speak to a customer like this. If I happen to get annoyed or angry with a customer too." Even though the reason *********** got annoyed, angry and extremely rude and hostile with me. Was NO good reason at all. And this makes your whole entire business look bad as a whole. Because it just makes me wonder and ask myself. " Is the reason *********** has such a rotten carless attitude like this. That is such a disregard to customers. For the way that *********** speaks to people. Because of the way that he seen his supervisor or his manager speak to and treat customers like this ?" It makes me ask myself " Is this the reason *********** acts like this ?" An employee with an attitude such as ***********'s should NEVER be working in the customer service business. And let alone should definitely NEVER be allowed to EVER be a supervisor. Because again he is setting the examples. For the employees that follows his instructions. And again that says to the employees. It's okay for me to act and behave like this. Because my supervisor acted and behaved like this. So he won't care anyways. So your whole entire business as a whole definitely looks extremely bad from the supervisor ***********'s actions. It felt like it got extremely hostile when *********** said that he wasn't afraid of anybody. I definitely felt threatened by this guy after he said that. And I also felt like this guy was getting hostile with me. I'm kind of afraid to even walk into to any QuickTrip now. After *********** said that. Because I felt like he was implying without exactly saying. That he wanted to get violent with me or something. I mean to curse me out with profanity by using the F word AT ME. And then to say that he wasn't afraid of anybody. TO ME that is a threat and a very strong warning to me. That the guy wanted to get violent with me. And for what ? For simply informing the guy. That the fountain drink was a refill. That is one of the most absurd reasons I have EVER. In the history of my ENTIRE LIFE. Have ever heard or seen somebody want to get angry and violent with somebody else. Over informing them of something that is so PETTY and SIMPLE. I am just absolutely beside myself with this guy ***********. And again if the QuickTrip company is NOT WILLING. To inform me of the disciplinary action if any. That is being taken on this guy ***********. Then please inform me what the company QuickTrip plans on doing IN GENERAL. To make sure that their employees DO NOT engage in such hostile, violent and rude behavior towards customers. And please inform me what QuickTrip plans to do IN GENERAL . To make sure that their employees DO NOT engage in Workplace Violence such as one of your supervisors *********** did ? Because saying to a customer. That he wasn't afraid of anybody. Last Monday we purchased diesel fuel and filled up two trucks and a wood chipper and it turned out to be gas. We have the receipts and they have the cámara footage confirming that we did pay for diesel! And last Monday my F250 broke down and now my bucket truck and chipper are down. The chipper has a 12k bill to fix!!! And the bucket truck right now has over a 30k fix !!!!!! Still not all they way diagnosed and the F250 I still haven't got a bill for it !!!!!! And every day I'm loosing money because I can't move !!! I have soo much money on the line!!! I can't operate my business because we are stuck with our equipment!!!!!!Business Response
