1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This used to be a great company with integrity that I used for decades for my home and business HVAC maintenance. When needed, we would usually have the same technician when needed so they knew the systems and history well. It seems like all the good ones are now working elsewhere though because now they send a new one almost every time that looks like they just graduated tech school. This wouldn't bother me, but lying and stealing from a customer does. They now resort to lying about needed repairs, going so far as add extra parts on quotes that arent even on the system. They will say they have performed services or informed you of actual needed repairs when they do neither, almost like they are sabotaging the system so they'll be able to work on it again when it breaks and make more money off you. TERRIBLE !!!!!!! Parts deparment customer ********************** is terrible.... I was given 2 different quotes $200 dollars difference no explanation, no estimated time of installation or when the work (ie: heater repair, temps to drop in to the 20's in less than 24hrs) can be completed. Promised results Monday morning, I have had to call them over 5 times to get information as to when my heater can be repaired (ie: control board). I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. I plan on using a different ************ in the future. SAD to see that they have gone down the customer dont matter road.

I use airco a lot and usually don't have any complaints til my heater board went out so I call and the tech came over and he was very good, so when we asked the price to change it out it was over a thousand dollars and and that was more then the last one two years ago. So I found a competitor to come look and they charged 300 dollars. You guys have out priced yourself.Airco Service Inc

I have been an Airco customer for many years. That is until I called them to replace an outside faucet at my mothers house. I watched the clock and the plumber was at her house for just less than twenty minutes, start to finish on the job. This was during regular business hours. I was never told anything about how much the job would cost. I was shocked when I was handed a bill for $400 when he finished. Remember, this was for a job that literally took twenty minutes. That is a rate of $1,200 per hour!! I realize that this price was most likely based on a flat-rate manual. When I said that I believed that cost to be excessive they stood firm on the price. If that is the way they operate these days I will be forced to find another plumber, electrician and HVAC repair contractor for me, my mother and my sister. Makes me sad.Airco Service Inc

I have used the Airco maintenance plan for the last few years and have been satisified with their performance. However, this past year I believe I was excessively charged for a repair needed and found during an inspection. On their billing, Airco uses codes to denote a charge, however, it does not reflect a dollar amount.? For transparancy purposes, Airco should show the cost along with their code. I have questioned this bill and Airco has credited me, however, I don't believe it accurately reflects what I should have been charged. I am disappointed about this matter and I will no longer use their services.Airco Service Inc

Ive used Airco for 10+ years for heating, air conditioning, and electrical. Ive had great service from them and will continue to use their services. AirCo came today to do my Spring HVAC Tune Up. ***** cleaned out my outside air conditioning unit, changed both air filters inside, and flushed out my hot water heater. He made sure everything is working well. I joined the *** membership, and all of this was included in my membership at no additional cost. That is what I call a value!I have had AirCo in my home before for HVAC & electrical work. I was happy to find out that they do plumbing too. I will be using them for plumbing from now on. They have always been professional, respectful to my home, and friendly. I also appreciate how they send an appointment reminder by ************* Then on the day of the appointment, they send a picture and name of the worker before he shows up to do the work. It really adds to the safety aspect.***** was my technician today. ***** was absolutely great. He is such a sweet, kind man. He made sure my dog was safe and didnt get out. He asked if I needed help with anything else before he left, since I am handicapped. I appreciated him so much. Thank you *****. Being a customer since Jan. 2020, I have always gotten excellent service no matter the issue going on with Electric, Plumbing or HVAC. With every time I have had to call Airco to schedule an appointment, the receptionist I speak with are always courteous & I explain what is needed. There have been times that I have sent photos as well,,,,,Like a clogged toilet ect. I always get a text of name of the Tech that is coming over & most times years of speciality( for example...Journeyman 3yrs.) For my Winter Maintenance which wa this morning, Gage was the Tech. This is the 3rd year that he has been over. Gage is through with the inspection of the ********************** If I have any questions, **** has an answer. Airco is a company that I can depend on to get whatever household problem I have repaired or replaced, plus if it is extensive work needing to be done( for example I had a Water leak outside at the Water ************ who was the Tech that worked on this gave me an estimate for the work that to be done) Communication is important when having someone come out to your Home to fix what is needed.Airco Service Inc
