Do not do business with Airco - especially if you have what is referred to as a PTAC unit. This is a small unit that we have in our sunroom. They do not know how to service these units. Everytime they did the annual (Spring/Fall) servicing we experienced issues immediately following our servicing. We had the unit installed in 2021 and have paid for servicing the past 2 years at a cost of $100 per year for this unit in addition to paying for annual servicing for 2 full size units. This year - in addition to our $100 service fee - we have been charged $820.63 for parts and repairs on this unit which we were told were partially covered under warranty (labor on the first repair and both parts and labor on the 2nd repair). Airco did not pursue contact with the manufacturer for payment for warranty covered repairs until after our account was turned over to their collection accounting unit. The repairs were done in July of this year. I contacted their collection accounting unit and explained the issues and my concerns several weeks ago. I followed up with their account department today. Nothing has been resolved with the manufacturer. I paid the balance due on our account (per Airco) because I was worried that their incompetence would cause a blemish on our credit score which is currently 840. We have done business with Airco for many many years and have mostly been pleased with their service. However, due to the this issue - with being charged more for the servicing of this basically a window unit that we could have replaced for less than the service/repair cost that we were charged - we are done with Airco.Airco Service Inc

Supervisor was able to contact the manufacturer and review the warranty claims and submitted a refund back to you for the warranty covered portions of the service invoices. We reached out today as a follow up to confirm that the Supervisor did address and resolve all concerns in relation to this review and as your confirmation, we are glad that he was able to rectify the manner. I needed my 97 year old toilet repaired, Anthony was not able to get parts. It was time to modernize. He had a new one installed in no time. I had been using Custom Services in Broken Arrow for 15yrs or so. Never had any issues with them and the work was done well and on time. Since they've merged with Airco the scheduling has become more efficient. I learned from one of their techs that shop talk amongst a/c techs actually helped resolve recent a/c issue I had.Airco Service Inc

Even though it was a long hot week to wait on a new fan motor, Airco got it installed by Ulises as soon as it arrived. He was SO polite, kind, quick, and professional. And Kelly in the parts department called us when it arrived. We had been with Airco for years, then switched 8years ago. But we are HAPPY to be back with Airco!!Airco Service Inc

Airco installed a new water heater. Both technicians (a journeyman and an apprentice) were professional, clean cut, and polite. The job was well done and they took care to protect the carpet (2nd story water heater). We have previously used Airco to install a new A/C, repair a tankless water heater and install a water softener. Each job was well done.Airco Service Inc

1 starDISHONEST service by Air Co! This was our first (and last) time using this company. After an initial visit for just a simple summer tune up, our a/c unit started acting up (which had never happened until their tech was at our home). A second tech came and said a coil replacement was potentially needed due to a leak but an estimator/tech would return the following day for an exact quote. The third tech quoted us a coil replacement ($2,600) while at our home then called us later saying it was a unit replacement that was actually needed ($5,600). We felt very leery of this inconsistent information so we reached out to our home warranty representative. He came out two days later (today) and fixed our a/c within ten minutes. It was a BROKEN CAP that needed replacement. He found NO leak and said our a/c unit is functioning just fine. Shawn ******* from ES Heat & Air is the one who saved the day! Never used his family owned company until today but his HONEST work won us over. Warning others of our experience. Shawn saved us $5,600!
