      Airco has been my A/C contractor for over 10 years I have also used their plumbing services. They are knowledgeable and professional. I have had some problems but they quickly resolved them to my satisfaction. I would recommend Airco for your needs due to their attention to detail and quality of service.

      I called at 8 and they were able to come four hours later to fix my ac. Person was knowledgeable and experienced and told me what was happening and what was wrong. They did a great job!

      6/24/2023 @ 5:45 p.m. tech replied there’s no R22 to fix my air conditioner had no solutions and took my 119.00 and left. Found Dale and Lee to fix. I was lied to I’ll never call Airco again.

      Airco did a flip on my house, moving air ducts from slab to attic. This took a week of work for a two-man crew. They also put in a heat pump in the attic. Our house is now comfortable throughout. Should have done it a long time ago! The crew was professional and kept things clean and secure during the installation. They were lucky, and the outside temperature wasn't too hot. I would recommend Arico for a new install.

      I have been using Airco for 10+ years. Airco is uniquely honest, knowledgeable, and reliable, which is quite rare in today’s world. Their salesmen and technicians are friendly and efficient.
      Over 10 years ago when my HVAC unit needed servicing, I called another company, but I should have called Airco. The first company told me I needed a new unit. I wanted a second opinion and called Airco. Airco told me a new unit was not needed at this time. They made a tiny repair and that unit lasted until recently. To me that is honesty, as they could have tried to sell me a new unit like the first company had done.
      When I needed another unit, I went with Airco. I called and they explained everything as well as answering all my questions. I was impressed with the entire process from start to finish. When the installation team arrived, they skillfully installed the unit, and when completed ensured all debris was taken care of.
      I highly recommend Airco for all your HVAC needs. They are hands down the best.

      They did a hot water tank install at home. The techs were very professional and efficient. Even helped haul off our old water filtration system.

      Tried everything in their power to blame faulty equipment on me. Blew through 194 gallons of propane in 2 months. Service tech was incoherent and insulting. Said things like " you should keep a propane tank in your finished basement". GM assured me after SIX visits from the company that it would be replaced correctly- STILL had to call the next day because the pipe on the furnace was leaking. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

      Absolutely awful service and lack of professionalism! We've been Airco customers for years and have paid for their (twice per year) maintenance plan for three large units at our home for several years. Our upstairs unit malfunctioned yesterday (Saturday morning). They scheduled for a technician to come out Sunday morning. Ipon arriving, Immediately he accused us of not keeping the coils cleaned regularly. I asked him to look at the adjacent larger unit, and he said it seemed "pretty clean". Our yard is meticulously landscaped and maintained on a weekly basis and is free of debris around the air conditioner units. I Informed him all units were supposed to be washed and maintained every six months by his company (Airco) to prevent this. He checked his iPad and agreed it is true. He proceeded to wash the coils and replaced the two blown fuses. He then left the premises without even going upstairs to see if the unit is functioning properly. Before he left, I felt something is definitely wrong with this technician due to his baseless accusations, careless demeanor and his performance. So I signed the agreement, but for the first time in history did not pay for the service on premises because I wanted to talk to the manager in the morning. Sure enough, eight hours later, the upstairs is still hot, and the AC is still malfunctioning. I called back and the very unprofessional and argumentative manager (Austin) refused to do anything unless we paid the current bill. After my wife talked to him and paid him the measly $270. Supposedly he scheduled another technician for tomorrow morning while we are staying in a hotel tonight. It seems like this company is only interested in making money. Customer service, professionalism and competence is definitely out the window. After 8+ years with this company, we're looking elsewhere with at least half way decent service and professionalism.

We appreciated the mutual understanding that this was not a normal representation of our company and we have also credited the consumer's account from the last service call so that they can use for future services. We thank the consumer for trusting Airco Service and allowing us to help resolve this matter and we look forward to continue to serve their home service needs.

      Agree with the company comment above.
      The main service manager made several attempts to contact us. He was genuinely compassionate and understanding. The conversation was cordial and professional. Despite telling him twice the money was not the issue and the company needs to be paid for their time, he refunded us anyway. I suppose every organization has a few bad apples. We've decided to give the company another chance and continue the service with them.

      Extremely pleased with the experience from convenient scheduling to completion of maintenance. Very professional and knowledgeable!

      Two months went by and my unit went out. I used a company out of Langley to service it and when he opened the cage of the compressor unit it had years of debris collected (some places 6" plus of compact dirt, etc.) and informed me there is no way this compressor compartment had been cleaned in over a year and he thought probably years!) I called Airco and the representative told me they only wash the coils and I'd have to pay for a cleaning beyond spraying off the coils with a hose. I personally find this completely unacceptable and should have been advised when the tech was here because I would have gladly paid. I can't post photos here but have posted on ****** review.

      We have spoken with the consumer about their experience and addressed the concerns. We accepted the feedback about the experience and also offered a 1yr standard maintenance plan at no cost and we will be visiting for the first tune up in the fall and ensure that we do the correct proper service job. Consumer expressed satisfaction with our follow up and had no other concerns.
