Terrible company. They don’t keep customers informed. They do make it easier to pay though. Seems like they’re all about getting money but not providing service.

Had a disconnect order on 3/15 because it was my fault for not paying. Paid same day and the technician who cut the gas off caused a major leak at the meter and under ground. We were told when the technicians came out to fix the screw up that they were going to have the gas reconnected, that did not happen. then I called again and was told they could not put in a reconnect ticket in because of this leak. I was told yesterday at the latest it would be on today. my husband is off today so that worked for our schedule. Called this morning and they can not come out until tomorrow and can not get a specific time. We do not work close to home, it will take 45 minutes or longer for one of us to get home and they can call at any time and will only wait 15 minutes for one of us to get there. So now we are going another day without gas and possibly long due to a technicians inability to do his job correctly. Oklahoma is getting a cold front and we have kids and dogs. No way to cook and my dogs had accident is the house yesterday because I could not let them out. The technician should have to pay to have my house cleaned and take out because this was his mistake and ong is responsible for not training him properly. oh and we still have to pay a reconnection fee. I offered to pay a plumber to come turn it back on because they are so busy but last night there were 3 guys standing around not doing anything but we would be charged a tampering fee. I am beyond upset. It is not right from one company to be able to service all of Oklahoma. and lets not mention all the extra cost ong is trying to recover from the winter storms 2 years ago and now charging their customers more. Wish we had a say in the company we used for natural gas maybe service would be better because of competition. They do not have competition and we don't have a choice so they can do whatever they please.

I am a property invested. I have recently bought a house in Alva, Oklahoma. This house is a 2 1/2 house drive from my home in OKC. I had the gas turned on. At the time this house only had a gas HWT. No other gas items were on. Only other gas item was a hot water boiler. I made sure the gas valve to the boiler was off the day we bought the house and it remained off. I thought my first bill was a little high but there is the additional charge for service connection. So OK. Then the next bill came in. It was for $86 and some change. This did not seem right with only a gas HWT and no one Evan using water in the house. So I called in and I was told it was correct. I had to call in again and request that a technician come out to the house to verify this cause "the bill was correct and I must have a gas leak. So I had to drive 2 1/2 hours out to meet him. Thankfully the technician was on time. He came out and said there is no issue the meter was replaced recently with a new electronic meter that could be read remotely. The problem is the billing department did not read the meter instead they just assumed what my gas usage was and charged me. As said before they overcharged me. I had to call the gas company back again. (Please not almost every call takes thirty minutes to an hour. First thirty minutes is to go through all the electronic option and wait on hold for an operator.) I speak with the operator and now I believe the issue is corrected. (This is now about three hours worth of phone calls and 5 hours worth of driving) On 1-18-23 I get my newest bill as I am reading it it appeared the corrections were made. (Now I have paid the bill every month and always paid more then the bill stated.) Then there is a charge for $199.33 that is "Share the Warmth - Thank You" this is at no time an option I selected and now the second time ONG has done this to me. (I have copies of every statement I have mailed payment in on along with the check mailed.) So once again I call.

I recently got well after having Covid, then Phnomoia for the last 2 months and from lack of attention during this time, I forgot to pay my Bill. I understand that this is my fault. I noticed that the Gas Company Truck was at my house, so I went out to greet the man. The Gas Guy explained that my Gas was being shut off and then continued to belittle me and speak to me with no respect, as if the Gas Company belonged to him and that he was angry because, "people like me" cause him to do this job. Not paying my Bill is my fault, being a Jerk for simply having to do you Job, is unexcusable.

Our records show that the bill has been paid and the service has been restored. We apologize that the interactions with our technician on August 5th did not meet the customer's expectations and will address any shortcomings internally. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
