I have cancelled my newspaper subscription on Dec 4th, 2022, because I was not getting the Tulsa world-they didn't have a carrier in my area. When I cancelled my subscription I told the Tulsa world I did not want to receive any more newspapers from them. I'm continue to receive a newspaper every Sunday and every Monday I'm on the phone with the Tulsa world complaining. I'm not paying for a service I have stopped and have cancelled. The Tulsa world does not know how to do business and I wish I had never gotten a subscription from them. I simply what them to stop delivering me a newspaper I do not want.

Paper was stopped on 12/4 in our system and refund was made to CC used for purchase. Carrier should not be delivering, and I will contact the carrier.

I CANNOT cancel my subscription. The only way this company allows you to cancel is via telephone. But when you call, you can NEVER reach them. Convenient- for them, huh?

This ridiculous company keeps sending me emails telling me "you can manage your subscription online". But guess what? You can't cancel OR remove your credit card online.

They only allow cancellations through a phone call- that they do not answer! I'm tired of being scammed and wasting my time trying to reach these people. The last time I called, I was on hold for over half an hour!

What's sad is, I have a number of newspaper subscriptions that I dip in and out of. As needed, I subscribe for awhile, "hold" or cancel, and then come back. IF the Tulsa World made it easy for subscribers to TRULY manage their subscription online, I would cancel for a bit and then be back during a fresh news cycle. But because of their devious "we make it impossible for you to cancel" practices, once I end this subscription, I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

It's also pathetic that I'm having to resort to the BBB for help with this.
