      I signed with this company in October 2024. I am unable to view my statements online. I emailed and sent a message through the portal and have not received a reply. I was a little nervous in Oct. because they took money out of my account earlier than planned, the. there was a double withdrawal that they did refund. I have called GHLLC nervous about the communication I am receiving from the creditors and they assured me I could ignore them or to just let them know that it is in negotiations with Global Holdings. I am now terrified as I am a single mother just making ends meet and I think I may have been scammed. I am now getting threats from creditors implying they will take legal action against my assets if I dont comply to their payment demands. I plan on calling ***** again this week, but I have a feeling due to some of the other posters that they most likely will not have communication with me. Same as the others, the money is just sitting in there as a deposit and none of the statements, Nov-Jan are available on the portal, I feel like I need to get an attorney because my credit is destroyed and it doesnt seem that any type of settlement(s) are happening. I guess if something seems to good to be true

      Started calling in Dec after I closed my account with Debt Zero to get part of my money back. Paid $1895.00 to Debt Zero which they deposited into Global Holdings LLC. They paid $139.94 on one of my credit cards to pay it off and nothing else on my other accounts. I started requesting my money back every time I call Global Holdings LLC has given me a different amount and date as to when check has been mailed. Told mailed by Zero Debt America on December 5, 2024 and to give it 5-9 business days. Never received and Global Holdings LLC charged $15.00 to put stop payment on 1st check on January 13, 2025 and they would reissue the check and to give it 9 business days to receive as it was mailed regular mail. Called 17th of January, 2025 told it would be mailed out January 17th ask them why couldnt they direct deposit it in to my checking account. Called today and was told mailed January 22, 2025. Told to wait another 5-9 business days for delivery, mailed regular mail. Asked again about direct deposit and was told ***************** told them to send a check. No longer were they responsible that it was in the post office as it had been mailed and they couldnt do anything about it.

      I have left messages with this company to call me back. I have set up a callback for them to call me back. Ive also sent an email to the account they say to have your account closed. I have yet to receive any communication With them. I currently have money in this account and I want to close it and get my money back.

      I have been paying level one law 706 dollars a month for the past year for debt consolidation. No one has been paid.they no longer represent me and use global holdings to hold the money . I was told I could get my money back to pay my creditors on my own. I have been calling global holdings and all I get is a message. No answers and no call backs

      Through US National Credit Solution they withdraw $****** monthly from me to settle my accounts. According to them, they deposited them in an account at ********************, I have never been able to access that account, ever. I want every ***** that was withdrawn to be returned to me since they didn't pay any of my bills and my credit got worse and they want to sue me.

      I used consolidating firm and they used Global Holding for my escrow accounting. I recently completed the program at the beginning 2024. No one contacted me about the completion of the program and I was direct depositing $195.05 bi weekly into this account. I have made several attempts to contact global holding and no one will return your call are respond to e-mails. I been waiting for them to return my money back to my account for the amount of $7276.34. Hoping to get a response from this claim.

      I have been trying to contact the global holdings LLC three times. They said in the email that my account will be closed on 1/1/25 and the remaining money will be placed in my banking account. Well it's now 1/3 and still money and i have been contacting via phone/email but they are busy and I get a voice mail. I just want to know if this is true or is it a scammer ? Also Does anyone work over there. It's been like they never contacted me .. they can't have that many people logged back. The account as of 1/3 is still active. This account is under my late mom **** ********.

      I have been trying relentlessly to get ahold of Global holdings. This started December 9th until January 2nd. I've left messages, an email and have not been able to get a call back or email back from them. My money is sitting in their account with no access by me at all. I want my money back and the fees they charged since they are not paying off any of my debts that are left. I feel Global holdings took my money and ran with it. The money that is left in my account isn't all that is owed me. They charge huge fees for "processing". Very infuriating.

      We are concerned that ***** is going out of business and we won't receive our funds. We are not able to see what debts have been paid and what still needs to be negotiated. We aren't asking to close our account unless the business is in danger.  The reason I ask these questions is because when I log into my global account it does not show anything but the money I have left in it, where a month ago we could view all activity including debts that are paid and debt that is still in negotiations.  Also, no response from ***** via phone or emails, and I am also reading that others are experiencing the same issues.

      I got my answer from credit associates,  the debt relief company we are working with.  We will continue with the program. There was a discrepancy of who is handling our debt. I am not sure why I got global holdings involved in this.  Thanks.

      Ive had money drafted from my checking account twice by this company on November 25, and December 23. To be perfectly honest, I believe it was for a debt relief company I had signed with. However I dont remember the name of the company. Ive called repeatedly to ascertain who the company is, to see if Im due a refund. Each time Im put on hold for ten minutes or longer, then I get a message saying to leave a ************** call will be returned. Unfortunately no one from this company ever returns my calls. I also tried leaving my # in the queue for a return call. Once again these calls are never returned. My concern is that I cant possibly be the only individual who never gets a return call. I just want to know where my money went.

      I closed my account with ********. ************************ served as the company receiving my payments. I was issued a check from Global Holdings LLC for $11,975.45. I have two bank accounts. One with ***** Fargo and one with ***********************. ***** Fargo refused to deposit my check questioning the authenticity of the check. ***** will not release funds after I deposited my check due to the authenticity of the check and initially stating the check was likely a scam.
