I have repeatedly called Global to have my deposit balance refunded to me and to immediately cease automatic *** withdrawals from my checking account. ********************** and ********************* has stopped making payments to my creditors, but not stop the *** withdrawals from my personal account and are increasing the money that they hold improperly. I have been calling and calling and either get a recording after holding for over 30 minutes that nobody can take my call , or they hang up on me when I state I want to make a withdrawal . Also the web site or app does not allow to initiate any withdrawal as stated . Don't answer emails either . I have been a client of global holdings for a year now and they have over $3400 in my account on their end without any resolution. I have tried multiple times/days to contact them and have not been able too due to supposedly having a large call volume. I have sent emails and no comments to my emails. I am currently in a lawsuit with one of the companies I put into the consolidation and global holdings is no where to be found. They have literally stolen my money all these months with no actions being taken or even tried. All the consumers under the consolidation with them have never even been contacted. We had been paying for almost 2 years now $754.47 a month to Global Holdings LLC in response to Greenstone *********** to handle debt consolidation for several creditors. We get a letter in the mail notifying us of termination of services and greenstone no longer able to represent us and we are entitled to our money that is in the account of ******************** LLC. $6,465.07 is in our account that we need to get refunded back to our account. Numerous calls, messages left, waiting on hold for an operator...nothing...Not getting any action calling us. Need this resolved quickly so we can get our money back and be able to pay our creditors on our own. we have paid over $16,500 to this company and only one of our creditors has been paid a small amount per month in almost 2 years. this is ridiculous.Business Response

Hello There,I would like to file a complaint on Global Holdings *********** customer care. I have been trying to reach out to them from past 2 months and they are not at all responding to any of my calls or texts.Once I waited for like 35 minutes and got connected to a customer care representative and they mentioned that they were bombarded with too many customer calls and so they were not able to assist all customers properly.I have been registered with Level One Law for debt settlement and I am depositing money of $803 every month. I have couple of debt collectors which Global holdings can not pay directly. So my attorney asked me to withdraw money from my Global Holdings account every month and pay it manually to debt collectors.Global holdings customer support were doing fine till September 2024. I am rejecting this response because:
I want Global Holdings customer support to contact me at my personal cell phone. I tried calling them last Thursday and waited for almost 15 - 20 minutes and then they disconnected the call saying the phone number is not available. Upon calling couple of more times, I got connected with one of the customer support member. They mentioned on Thursday that my withdrawal process has been initiated and it will take 2 to 4 business days to deposit in my account. Today is Wednesday (5th business day). Today again, you are saying that withdrawal process has been initiated.
Also, you mentioned that I agreed upon withdrawal process through phone. This is not true. Customer support member told me only to call customer support if I did not receive any response via email for more than 3 days for my request (sent via email). Also, it is very very very very hard to get in touch with customer support via phone call.
To resolve this issue, I need someone from Global Holdings LLC to call me and talk to me so that I can discuss regarding my withdrawal process properly.

I still did not hear anything back from Global Holding regarding my withdrawal. I would like to know what they initiated the withdrawal and when will I receive my funds. I have been paying Global *************** a little over $800/month for 18 months to help settle some credit card accounts that went into default. I got a letter from them the other day saying they were in a lawsuit and can no longer service my file and are terminating their agreement. The letter said I am able to withdraw all the funds in my dedicated savings account, when I call the numbers on file for them, no one answers. They are not getting back to me to refund the money in that dedicated savings account. I have called this company several times and left messages but no one answers the phone or replied to my messages. I am very disgruntled. I entered a contract with a debt settlement provider in December 2023, Level One Law Firm. ************************ was the company automatically withdrawing funds from my account to facilitate this contract. One year later I received a Termination of Services letter from Level One stating that I needed to contract Global Holdings directly to get my money back that was withdrawn. I have been trying to contact them for a month now to no avail. They will not answer the phone or respond to emails/messages.
