It looks like the Global response to every complaint is the same, thanking people for the opportunity to clarify their position. I don't need clarification, I need the money that is mine and they have not responded to any form of inquiry by me. I have ended my relationship with the debt settlement company and Global owes me the money in my account. Why is it so difficult for the company to do the right thing? Called for help with debt back in September 2023. After we signed the agreement, nothing was changed except my bank account lowered as we as my credit score. the worst company. I would like to talk to someone about it. Scam all it is!Business Response

Global Holdings which was the authorised payment collection for Level One Law and ******************** recently returned part of the amounts I had remitted towards the debt management program run by ******************** and Level One Law. I had advised them that neither Level One Law nor ******************** have worked on my issue since inception in December and while GHLLC acknowledged they are aware of continuing issues with Level One Law, they suggested I keep remitting my funds should Level One continue the management program on appointment of another lawyer (after my last one *************************** who contacted me in December to initiate the program went off radar for 3 months and then to write to me in March saying he no longer works for Level One Law since December). In all this GHLLC knows that Level One Law was undergoing review and continue to collecting money on their behalf and this is irresponsible by a business who claims they are a legitimate busiiness with ethical practises. GHLLC has also been charging me a fee and their 'reimbursement' of part (********) way short of the 3237 - ****** x 4 months) that I paid through them to Level One Law. I am rejecting this response because:
1/ This business collects money on behalf of a business that does not practise ethical standards
2/ they take fees for an activity that does not materialise or gets performed judiciously, thus do not help in ensuring the process is carried out properly
3/ an intermediary is part of the process chain - they have the ability to cease ties with such practises who do not conform or comply to better business ethics while ensuring they are not tainted by association. Instead, they continue to help these ill constructed business prey. I am not the only impacted person from the enterprises action after all the promises and commitments.
GHLLC returned part of my funds but having taken off fees for a non delivered service, my expectation from them is to have Level One Law and ******************** return all of the funds paid . They must not absolve their accountability into this given they are part of the process chain that did not deliver.

I called this company 2 years ago to cancel service and was told I graduated from the program and cancelling was not an option. Ive been calling them for the entire duration of 2 years to be done with them as I was extremely unhappy with their service. They failed to provide the service they promised upon enrollment. They have collected an $8.00 and change service fee for every month they kept me as a client and did not complete the graduation process or the cancellation process I requested. I have now been calling them every single day for seven weeks in a row. Ive been given many different answers and excuses as to why they have not done their job to complete the graduation process all the while collecting a monthly service fee and failing to return the unused balance in my account totalling $3489.00. Ive been given many different reasons why they have not graduated me from the program and why they have not returned MY money back to my account. Plus they call me every month trying to keep me enrolled in this scam of a company. Someone told me my money would be returned in 3 business days. Someone apologized and said it would be refunded by the end of March and another person said it would take 90 days. This company refuses to graduate me or cancel my account and refund my money while continuing to collect a monthly service fee. What I want is to have all of my money returned to me and all the monthly service fees which have incurred while they have refused to provide customer service and release me from this horrible program. They are lying, cheating and stealing from me while giving me the run around and I have had ENOUGH! I want all my money returned immediately and I dont want to wait any longer. Its been 2 YEARS! I am writing to file a formal complaint against Global Findings, LLC a 3rd party to ************************* **** regarding their lack of accountability and failure to address withdrawals from my account on behalf of ************************* *** a now closed company. Despite numerous attempts to contact *************** Services I have received no response or resolution from either party regarding this matter. As the withdrawals were made in the absence of any legitimate service being provided, I demand an immediate refund. On December 4, 2023, I contacted Global Holdings to pay off one of my accounts with them I was told it would be $2064.72 which included all fees to pay it off early, and that it would be taken out of my account on December 6, 2023. It did come out on the 6th however it was not applied to my account. I contacted them toward the end of December at which time I was told it would take 90 days to pay off that account. On March 7, 2024, I saw that the account was still not paid off so I messaged them and was told that the account would be paid off in June 2024. I informed Xela the customer service person that I was informed it would be paid off within 90 days of payment and she said that she couldn't even tell if it was enough to pay off my balance as they were having technical difficulties. I told her that they had been having technical difficulties for 3 months now and that I wanted my account paid off. She informed me that she put in a payoff request and that it would take 30 to 90 days for it to pay off. I told her no it would be paid off tomorrow and that I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. She informed me that the systems were back up at that point and told me that what I paid did not include fees. I informed her that it did and that I paid an additional $80.00 for those fees She then told me that from what she could see the $2074.72 in my account was not sufficient enough to cover my account and that I would need an additional $2082.92 to pay it off my last account with them is $1458.54 at the time I paid this off my balance was $1944.72 they have continued to take funds out of my account to make the monthly payments. I do still owe COA fees of $1999.68 and I told her I was aware of owing those fees and that I would continue to pay those off but I want my last account paid off now. She then gave me a number to call for Global customer service and ended our conversation.Business Response

This company is predatory. I had a debt of $11,000 that was negotiated down to $5500. But they only pass about half of my monthly payment on to creditor; the rest is kept for vague fees. In the end, I will have paid over $15,000 on that original debt of $11,000, with about $10,000 of that just being fees claimed by Global Holdings.
Stay far away from this predatory practice. This isn't explained when you sign up; you're led to believe that your settlement plus their fees will total less than the original debt, which sounds like a win-win for all, but you'll end up paying 50% MORE than the initial debt.Business Response

I attempted to contact you (Global) after Newport passed the buck to you; the phone rang and rang, and then the call was dropped.
My concern is that your fees are ridiculously excessive, especially considering you don't actually do anything but play middleman between me and Newport. I was shocked to find out that most of what I'd sent in the past year was claimed by you for fees; instead of having paid off most of the settlement, I discovered that you'd only passed along about 25% of what I'd paid.
Of course I knew that you would charge fees, but I did not know that these fees would be so enormous. They certainly weren't presented to me that way.
Look, I know that I'm probably stuck in my situation. You certainly won't care to have mercy on a faceless fool like me who just wants to find a way out of this poverty and debt cycle and take care of his loved ones.
But I want others to avoid this trap. You claim to help and to provide debt relief to struggling people, but you're just another predator trying to steal the kill from previous creditors.
