      I did debt consolidation so I could pay my bills and buy groceries. The company ***************** was taking my money every month but not paying the last bill I owed so I stopped payment from my account and asked for my money back. Global Holdings had my money but took $2000.00 of it for "Deferred Fees". I did not authorize this and they owe me the $2000.00 back.

      Details about this company are as follow.Feb-June 2024 this company promise to pay all my bills and to try to negotiate with my creditors a cheaper promise to pay back a total of 8 bills which total to $6,004.12 which cost me to pay $159.14 biweekly a total of $318.28 a month as of today only 2 creditors have been paid now I receiving collection letters from the other unpaid creditor I call this company to cancel my services on June 17, 2024, and was told that I due a fund of $274.00 and I will be receive the funds back to my account in 2 to 3 busy today, as of today June 26 I have not receive my refund and now I can't get in touch with this company, please people do not get caught in there web this company is awful and there fee is awful also I will be speaking with my attorney concerning this company I need my money back and people just thoroughly check company that claim that they are debt consolidation company.

      I was contacted by ********** - Elevatel with an offer to consolidate my credit card debt. The transaction date was 3/19/2024. The agreement was that they would pay off the creditors to a total of $32,725.00 and I would pay $539.50 per month to them. I saw that my bank account was being debited that amount by Global Holdings LLC. I had never talked with them nor was I aware they would be part of the transaction. They have taken 3 months' worth of payments out 4/3, 5/1, & 6/3. Meanwhile, I have had to pay the creditors their payment every month as well, putting me in dire financial straits. When I attempted to contact ************************ the phone does not connect and there is no response to my emails. The only account # I was given if titled ******************** Account #****************

I called global holdings llc to get a refund for services not rendered and a very rude and unprofessional woman connected me to a dead line with a busy signal. I called my creditors and they said no one has reached out to them to settle my debts. I came to the bbb site and seen they are fraudulent and a scam. I also recently been made aware there is a lawsuit against them for taking all their fees first and not providing services. I would like a full refund as they did not fulfill their part of the contract by any means.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Date of transaction started on October ******* for the amount of ******, to continue on every 16th of the month after that. A few months went by and I noticed they were not fulfilling what they promised. I reached out to *********************** as I started to feel uneasy, I got no answer . I called global holdings llc to get a refund for services not rendered and a very rude and unprofessional woman connected me to a dead line with a busy signal. I called my creditors and they said no one has reached out to them to settle my debts. I came to the bbb site and seen they are fraudulent and a scam. I also recently been made aware there is a lawsuit against them for taking all their fees first and not providing services. I would like a full refund of $2644.00 as they did not fulfill their part of the contract by any means.

      In May 2023 my wife and I entered into this Debt Consolidation program via White *** Law Firm.Starting June 1, 2023 automatic payments were debited from our account and set aside with Global Holdings to be used for negotiation with creditors. In early 2024, we learned that White *** Law Firm was indirectly named in a lawsuit and ceased negotiation with creditors without informing us, their clients. When we attempted to cancel from the program, Global Holdings said they would not refund us any of their fees, which were taken up front. We feel this is a breach of contract as they did not provide the services promised (negotiation of settlement with our creditors) but still kept over 50% of the money debited for their 'fees.

      I enrolled in a debt management program in order to settle debts and no progress has been made in 10 months. I cancelled my contract and requested a refund. I have called Global Holdings, LLC MULTIPLE times and NO ONE ever answers the phone. I will chargeback every charge unless my funds are sent back to me in entirety.

      As of 5/19/2024, I have attempted to call Global Holdings 3 times, left a voicemail, and sent an email regarding the funds available in my debt settlement account to no avail. They advertise that the account is under my control, however, I have no option of retrieving these funds without contacting their call center. I have $2,951.10 available in this account and they take a $10.95 fee from it every month. I would like this account to be closed and the money paid back to me in full.

      I have been trying to contact this company to return the funds in my account. I have already ceased all contact and cancelled my debt consolidation account and now ******************** is not processing the withdrawl that is MY money. After cancellation, they took out a monthly fee, even though they have been requested to return the funds to me. I have tried to contact the company but it places you on hold then transfers to voicemail. I have sent messages through the contact us system and even left voicemails since they do not answer. They are doing everything they can NOT to return the money in my account and continue to take monthly fees. This is the equivalent of a bank account, it is MY money. I just want the money back that is in my account.
