      05/05/2025 I purchased a bluetooth headset from the Loves Truck Stop this morning and its not working. I tried to get a refund at a different location Loves Truck Stop because Im a truck driver. But I was told I cant get a refund or exchange. Im just trying to get a refund and get my Loves Points back.

      While my truck was parked at the Love's parking lot, an employee posted a sign on my window and BROKE my windshield wiper. They had no authorization to touch my vehicle, denied any wrongdoing, and refused to replace the broken item (even though they sell them).       Today I brought my 2018 t680 to Love trucks stop because my ABS light is on and you can hear a lost of air when I push in the trailer break. The guy on the day shift said it was a brake chamber. So he changed the break chamber and charged me $360.30. I hoped in the truck and pushed the tractor break in and hear the same noise. I come back to the shop and tell him. The guy and another guy listen to it and say it’s going to sound like that for a while once you buy a new brake chamber on. That I need to drive it 100 to 150 miles and it will go away. I drive it around. Still hear air coming from somewhere so I come back to the same loves. *** and **** looked and my truck. *** was very helpful but **** was just telling me stuff so I would leave. He even walked to loves to get a drink and left while he was supposed to be helping figure out what was wrong which made no sense because he had just came back from lunch. *** the found where the air was coming from and it was a valve between the cab and fifth wheel. **** then walked back up. The valve wasn’t expensive but with the labor it was going to be another $300. Take in mind they already threw a part on my truck I didn’t need. The break chamber wasn’t the problem. Instead of compensating me **** the said if you ain’t loosing air drive it to the valve goes out. Then he said maybe I need to drain my tank because it may be water in them so I pulled the lines and drained them to see if it was water. He then said it 2 more lines to my water tank and that I need to drain those and walked off. I asked *** where are the water tanks I’ve never heard of the he said he hadn’t either. So basically I spent $360 and my problem wasn’t fixed and they was trying to charge me another $300 after the already threw a part at my truck. I feel like they should’ve put the part that they found was releasing the air on to make things right or refunded my money. Or at least put the valve on that *** found the air coming from on for free.

      Been trying to get my points on a receipt usually location does it but not allowed to anymore been trying for 5 days I am,was a loyal customer, truck driver who liked getting points from loves but will go to different place to get fuel it is to much of a hassle to keep calling,just to get points

      I contacted on numerous occasions the customer service department through email and by telephone to delete my online account and loves reward card. They have sent me a form for deletion but after many months after filling them out, my account is still active and they are unappologetic to their mistakes. I don't believe they have any intention of deleting my online account after filling out their form.

      This incident occurred on 02/18/25 between 9pm - 11pm.

      I pulled into the love’s truck stop and parked next to other bobtail trucks. I went inside to take a shower and when I came out to get in truck and leave it was gone and it was three other trucks parked where I was. I went inside and said truck was gone and the employee said to call a number and I asked why it was took and he said “you can’t leave the area” and I replied and said I only took a shower and he said “oh”. These people are running a tow scam. I did business with love’s bought a $18 dollar shower then I had to pay ****** $721 dollars to retrieve the truck.

      This is not right. It was trucks parked all over this truck stop and I parked next to other trucks just to take a shower and leave but I got scammed.

      Good afternoon,
      I would appreciate if I can get any help with an issue with Loves Truck Center. On 08/20/2024 I had one of the airbag on my 53” trailer was blow and leaking bad, I stopped on the Loves store on ********, MS in, 9 days later 0n 08/29/2024 I notice by my rear mirror that parts of my tire on the trailer was blowing out piece by piece, we stopped on Love's in ******* FL, we spoke with the technician on ****** and he diagnostic was that the previous technician forgot the nuts on top and bottom of the airbag living it complete losing it, what with the road trepidation let the airbag to lay to the side damaging the tire and 4 CROSS MEMBERS on the trailer, on ****** we changed the tire paying another $60.18 , than as directed by ****** store we got in contact with the corporation, spoken with *** ****** ******** and had the case* ************** assigned to us, *** ******* ask for pictures of the damage cross member and tire damages and an invoice for the repairs on the trailer what we did send to him, after what he never got in contact with me again, I try to reach him by phone and by e-mail many times, but no return at all leaving me with no choice. I really appreciate if Better Business Bureau helps us to try to resolve this issue. I will leave all the information about the incident and also *** ******* e-mail and phone number below.

      On December 27, 2024, I was traveling from ** to **. Along my route, I stopped at ************ #*** located at *********************************************************** **********************. After pulling up to pump 4, I realized that my tank was on the opposite side, therefore, I attempted to stretch the pump across my car to pump fuel, but the pump would not stretch. I hit the cancel button on the pump (canceling transaction appeared on the screen), hung up the pump, and believing that the transaction had been canceled, pulled around to pump 6. At pump 6, I pumped exactly $17.50 worth of gas. As I was retrieving my receipt, I received a notification from *********** that a transaction for $17.50 had been approved, followed by another transaction for $34.73. I immediately went into the gas station and told the clerk that someone had pumped fuel on my debit card. I shared that I started off at pump 4 and canceled the transaction before moving to pump 6. I asked if the cameras could be reviewed, however, I was informed that there were no cameras at the pumps. The clerk called the store manager who provided me with a number to contact Love's Headquarters as well as receipts for the two transactions. I contacted Love's Headquarters and received a response stating that the transaction was valid. This is unacceptable because I followed the proper steps to cancel the transaction and believed that it was canceled. During that stop, I pumped exactly $17.50. Prior to that, I stopped at another Love's, store #*** and pumped exactly $11.00 worth of fuel, and on my way home to **************, I ended up at Store #*** again and pumped $22 worth of fuel. I shared this to say that I normally stop the pump on an even dollar amount. I did not pump $34.73 worth of fuel at store #*** on December 27, 2024, nor did I intentionally gift anyone any fuel. I was robbed, scammed, bamboozled, and I'd like a refund, please. Besides, I could not have been at two pumps pumping fuel at the same time. Please help. Thanks.

      September 16, 2024 we were reserved at the Burlington, CO Love’s RV Park. We were reserved in pull-thru site ***.  Unfortunately, the roads were not made wide enough for a 45’ fifth wheel, along with the grass being watered 24/7, causing the grass to be over-saturated.  

      When my husband, a retired truck driver, went to pull into the site, he had to cut thru the grass at the back of the site.  Since the RV weighs 20k lbs., we sunk quickly into the grass.  This caused mud over the top of the tires and almost broke off the stabilizer bars.  We called the staff back over and were informed that this happens a lot in the short time the RV park has been open.  We could see the tire marks in the front of the site as someone left prior to us.  We cleaned the mud off our tires and didn’t think much of it.  Since the roads are too narrow, we ended up having to back out of the site the next morning to not get stuck in the mud again.  As we were traveling over the Rocky Mountains of Colorado on I-70, our truck notified us that we didn’t have any trailer brakes.   Fortunately, we made it to the dealership.  They noticed a gouge in the right front tire which was from the tire getting back onto the concrete.  They took the axles apart to see what was wrong. Mud got into the bearings and was causing the brakes to only work intermittently.  I did reach out to Love’s and was talking with ******* *******.  After her investigation she found that Love’s didn’t do anything wrong and would not reimburse us for the damage.  She told me that they have not had any other complaints from this park and even laughed.  I didn’t think of it at the time, but the reason no one else has complained is because no one else has had damage.  In my opinion, a 45’ RV going over mountain ranges without brakes is no laughing matter.  We would like to be reimbursed for the repairs to the rv and the damaged tire.
      Cost of tire not certain as we haven't replaced it yet.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The park roads are not wide enough for our size of RV (45') Had it been wide enough...or the grass not watered 24/7 everything would have been fine. You can see all the tire tracks in the grass before and after us. We lost brakes while traveling in the mountains.  They even have had people drain their sewer in a none sewer drain.  The park was not designed correctly and will continue to cost them money until they understand how RVs work. Had we not lost our brakes and get a damaged tire, I would not have complained either.

      On October 27, 2024, I pulled my RV into Love’s Travel Stop **** in Napavine, Washington for propane. The attendant followed protocol by having my wife step out of the RV while he filled the mounted 12.2-gallon propane tank. He appeared to know what he was doing. I paid for 8 gallons of propane and travelled to Vancouver, Washington.

      That evening my propane furnace and the propane side of my water heater did not work. I looked at the gauge needle on the propane tank. It was pointing straight down. This is approximately ½ inches past the 80 % full mark.

      I made an appointment with Advanced RV in Vancouver, Washington. They troubleshot the furnace and water heater. They determined that the furnace and water heater pressure regulator or electric valve was bad due to over pressurizing the propane system.
      The cost for repairs $2,464.98, Hotel (8 days) $1,054.00, Per Diem for 2 x 8 days $944.00 – Total: $4,463.00. Not included is undue stress and 1 week travel delay.

      My extended warranty with Good Sam refused to cover the repair and hotel due to the LP system being overfilled/over pressurized.

      I contacted the General Manager, *****, at Love’s Store * ***. She referred me to ******* ******* and ***** **** at Love’s Corporate office.
      On November 14th I was contacted by ***** *******, Risk Management Specialist, Love’s Travel Stops & Country Stores. Ph: ************, *********************** . I provided ***** with invoices and a statement on that day. I left 3 messages and sent 2 emails last week. No response.

      Love's Risk Department must respond to me through BBB. I do not trust working directly with Love's Risk Department without 3rd party involvement, such as BBB. ***** ******* with Love's Risk Department contacted me after my initial complaint to Love's. I provided ***** with the same information I gave to BBB. He said he would get back with me. He never did. I left 3-4 respectful messages/emails to ***** and ***** **** asking the status of my complaint without response.
