      I am a local otr owner/ operator that live near this store it is the worst store to try and receive any help or other services wh3n it come to truck repair it's July 7th I arrived at 230 pm went inside checked in got in rotation was told it would be a couple hours had a few ppl ahead not a big deal it's now currently 830 pm as I am writing this on July 7th ************************************************************************************************************************************************* are priority of someone that's been waiting for over 4.50 hours any ways thus store and it's shop is a joke and I wouldn't waist your time on getting anything repaired or even getting fuel here here is over priced I would skip off to the next shop if wish I could drive to another location and pay them oh don't buy there tires they will come apart and they will just lie and when another shop sold u the tire and I was told if they start to fall apart they will replace the tire and there's another story behind that and they even agree it was there employees fault and that store is in ****** ******* another joke of a store

      The Loves in ********* ******** was the filthiest truck stop I've ever been in. The DEF was everywhere at the pumps(can't be legal). Thought about reporting that to DOT. The restrooms were disgusting. The doors to walk in the store were disgusting! My husband said the men's restroom was so nasty he didn't even want to pee! I didn't even want to give it a 1 star! The worst place I've ever stoped at!!!

      I was at ***************,** location fixing an Ac belt.the mechanic had to disconnect radiator hoses underneath the truck to put the belt on.i found that very weird and I complained about that,they charge me $200 to put my extra belt that I had on.and 2 days after all my radiator hoses open and drop all water on the ground and I spent $800 in a TA to fix that problem .cuz they didn't connect the hoses back correctly. I called the big tall black man there I believe he's the manager he gave me some excuses and hung up the phone

      Price Gougers. They are charging 2x as much and do not tell you the price until after they already take stuff of the truck. We called them for a roadside. They showed up and started taking stuff off the truck and didnt call us to confirm labor price, part price or nothing. Then tried to charge $100 more than a dealer would charge for the price. Complete joke. They event tried to charge us because THEY brought the wrong parts. Stay away from these scammers.

      We travelled from ******* to ********. We chose to stop at Loves Truck Stops each time we needed to refuel. Needless to say we stopped at Several different stores. We were met with a friendly greeting at each & every one. The restroom facilities were extremely clean. The employees were very friendly & efficient! We will continue to patronize your stores wherever we get the chance!

      All the Loves that we stopped at on way to Austin were dirty, small and just a plain cluster. when we head back this way we will not be stopping at any of the Loves in Texas or Oklahoma. These all need to be upgraded to not only be bigger but cleaned and add the new RV hookups like the other 56 across the country. I do like the dog park feature those are very nice.

      On 3/27/24 my truck broke down on I-55, 3 miles from ******** ********** I was 15 miles from *********** ********. I called Loves to get a mechanic to come bring an airline and repair my truck they sent a mechanic from *********, **. Which is 70 miles away and charged me 3 hours labor at ****** an hour for a job that took 30 minutes to do. The bill was $741.29 this is ridiculous I was expecting it to be high but it is about $350.00 higher than it should be. This is price gouging and it is not right.

      In regards to location ******************.. You want to know how well there not doing t read the reviews in ****** maps.. wow..Lady manger on 9-5-23 extremely rude, 13 people in line for a shower with no one cleaning them I politely asked if she had any body to clean them, she was extremely rude....3 loves employees were behind the counter with Manger on the phone, laughing, ignoring drivers, 2 1/2 hours to get a shower! I'm a diamond member, I put ****+ gals of fuel a month, my advice AVOID THIS LOVES LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!

      I was at the store a few days ago while traveling, and I over heard an older guy who said he was a manager call a black women the N word and It's been puzzling me. I felt like something should be said as this was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Im completly apalled with allowing this to continue. Im hoping this will him get what he deserves. It was an older guy. The name tag said Bill but I couldn't catch the last name. The location was the Love's in Tifton, Ga.

      I pressing on trucking, come to write a review , about ****** the mech at shop 313 in *******************, he accomplished changing my drive shaft bearing carrier, with out a pulley, he went out of his way to get this job completed as well as the other work he did on my truck, this guy knows his work, skilled at is, very knowledgeable mechanic,, he's good!! Point blank, go to this shop 313 if u want a nice job done on your truck, *****...
