      If I can right a negative I would ... loves claims to be best customer service. Which honestly they don't care . After messing up on my oil change they dragged out the response covered the bare minimum and couldn't even compensate me for my troubles in cleaning up there mess ..literally. after many emails and phone calls no response. But honestly horrible and embarrassing with a name lives loves

      I've been traveling from Washington state and currently am in Alabama - the farther South I've traveled the more disgusting the dog parks are - no one cleans up after their dogs - so there are piles everywhere. Some parks do not even have "poop" bags which does not help with the problem. It's disgusting.

      I stopped in the ********* location to get brakes repaired left there and within 800 miles brakes are metal to metal. I pulled into ******* location had them looked at and was told after inspecting the brakes was so called defective. A week later I'm still feeling the same drag and pulled in ******* location spent 2 days there and was told it was POSSIBLE QVR airleak, brake chamber, abs sensor, and slack adjusters got all the above fixed. I got 300 miles up the road to tx/la Stateline and brakes burnt up. Now I'm out of money on repairs and my truck down and no one is calling me back from corporate(***********************). I lost plenty of money behind this issue. I tired of companies getting over on us O/O. I pay for repairs and now no one wants to ************* but will gladly take my money without an issue. I will no longer return for light mechanic work and hopefully you learn from my mistake. They should've stuck to changing tires only. I have all receipts even the warranty for the brakes they had to replace.

      Im a trucker and my trailer id lights went out and I happened to be at Loves in ********* , ** I called my company to get it ok to fix there. They were very professional and quick ! The problem was solved and my breaks were bad a well they fixed everything right and quick ! I was able to make up time to get my load delivered ! Five star service all the way !!!! Thanks for your reliable service !!!!

      No driver lounges, no place for truckers to relax during night hours. All truckers dont operate during the day. Tire pass never works. Not enough available mechanics for doing even simpler maintenance.

      I stopped to have my truck repaired at the loves in ***** **.and the mechanic was very rude to the point of being racist towards me...I hope he was just having a bad day ...the mechanic name is *****... And this all happened on Monday morning 8/14/2023

      Horrible company, My tools were stolen from the shop. Management is worthless, Shows you how much they care about employees , Wouldnt recommend any Driver to use them!!! Pretty ************** Zero stars.

      Paid for an $8 car wash with a credit card....found out later that day I was billed $250 by some travel service affiliated with Loves. Do NOT trust these crooks.
