      I got a few hundred dollar gift card from son. Been using then one day took card in, clerk ******** thru 2xs. I told her she did. She saud all was fine. I walk back out and fill tank. Went in lobby to get receipt, seen clerk had run card thru 2xs. She denied. I called # on card later. They seen and gave me credit. Told me next time i get there have manager call card #, so can fix balance with manager. Mind you I don't get to this Love's station often. So I called about a year later for balance since I was planning on stopping at this Love's. They couldn't find the #. Their a thief and I told family never to stop at any Love's.

      Went to loves in sonora tx. For an oil change they told me pull in a Bay and wait for someone to write me in mind you it's a 103 outside no never came after 25 minutes of waiting and no air conditioning I told them to move the chalks I was backing out very unpleasant experience unprofessional, rude,never will visit a loves again in my driving career not for a dam thing if I could leave minus five stars I would.

      Bought $500 (10- $50) of Loves gift cards for gas to help my nephew and great niece who are dealing with a catastrophic medical crisis in their family. Thought it would an easy way to help. For some reason the second card he tried to use would not work. My receipt says they were all activated. Managers can not tell me why, only that they are waiting for an explanation from corporate. In the mean time the other 8 are unknown whether they will work or not. I wanted to do something to help relieve stress, not cause more. Been 24 hours and nothing from corporate! They need gas now not when you decide to respond. Nothing like pulling in to get gas and your legal gift card declined! Just got a text 1 more worked.

      Pulled up to the pump. It wouldnt take our credit card so we went inside to pre-pay. We put $50.00 on credit. The pump still wouldnt work. They told us it would be ***** minutes to reset it. We asked for our credit to be applied to another pump. They told ** that couldnt be done. We asked for a refund and they said that couldnt be done either. They said we could leave and they would apply the credit later. Were just passing through and were not willing to leave it to chance to see if well get our credit or not or if someone else stops and gets free gas on our behalf. After a half hour we finally demanded something be done and lo and behold the manager made a call and the transaction was voided. Why couldnt that have been done right from the start? Why as a customer am I supposed to sit at the pump waiting for a reset? The manager simply said trust me, Ill reverse it later. Sorry but we dont. First time this has ever happened to **. Well be avoiding Loves in the future if this is how poor their pumps, computer systems and customer service are.

      It's ridiculous and very upsetting how loves takes your shower credits away after a few days I just fuel 700$ on Monday and I was certain I had a shower credit it's Friday and I haven't had a shower since Monday because of how my loads are running and when I'm able to shut down it's not always a loves.. I'm headed to finally get a chance to shower and my shower credits are gone!! Lucky I need fuel again and loves is the only fuel my company uses otherwise I'll be dirty!!! Do better loves most of the drivers only uses loves to fuel shower and park!!!??

      Terrible experience with the oil change there. Oil filter gasket didn’t install properly cause oil leak very bad making a big mess on the engine, low oil pressure. Not sure putting it the right type of engine oil. Got spent extra money for the oil for the leaked. Mechanic Edward come over to fix it who is new with no experience and bad attitude. Left when I running the truck for a leak inspection. Won't ever go there again. Such a nightmare.

      Food and items for truckers are too expensive more than regular stores Also they want to charge for parking and they also want to charge truckers for wifi

I do want to let you know that our parking is always free and operates on a "first come, first serve" basis. We do also offer different options for Wi-Fi, and one of those options is free as well.       Waiting at Fort Meyers FL. Loves shop to get a flat repair this is the most unorganized shop I have seen in a long time checked in at about 12pm on Sunday watching hardly any customers go through the shop after being told 4 to 5 hr wait still waiting Monday morning check in again at 730 now told 10 am.i have watched the shop kids drive around the lot for an hour now not one customer has been in the shop for work yet nor have they done any work like pick up garbage as I was told is part of their job. Get real employees loves .

      Waited until 830 am checked back in was told 10am before they could get to me at this point I went elsewhere for the service but did not tell them for a test I never received a call from the shop you definitely need to get rid of the day shift girl for sure

      On 08/30/2022 I stopped at Love's travel station in ********,******** store #**** to purchase gas. I inserted my credit card and a message came upon the screen that said the pump could not read my card, I then cancelled transaction and repeated the action two more times with the same results. I then drove to the next gas station approximately 1 1/2 miles and I was able to fill the gas tank. I received my monthly credit card statement and realized I had been charged $47.00 for gas I did not purchase from Love's travel stop. I then called my credit card company to report the fraudulent charge - they took it off but it was disputed by ****'s and it went back on my card. HOW COULD ANYONE GET GAS FROM THE PUMP WHEN THE PUMP COULD NOT READ MY CARD? The time of trasaction at Love's 08/30/2022 14:40. Time of transaction at Shell station 08/30/2022 14:44. I firmly believe this to be a crime committed by either the store manager himself or the clerk at the register. Please do not stop at any Love's travel stops and you will avoid this credit card scam.

      15 grease fittings missed on last grease job,happens every time.using 2 mechanics or stopping and starting causing mistakes.im a mechanic,I know what I see .yall need more training and oversight.
