Bought a brand new Ranger in January 2022. Took it in for hard shifting issues in June or July. They told me it was normal and dismissed me. I'm about to have my transmission rebuilt by another dealer. They scratched my paint by dropping a tool on it the very first time I took it in for an oil change and refused to accept responsibility. The 2nd oil change they failed to put a plastic stay in and it ripped the liner in the fender well. I had to argue to get them to replace that. They promised an engine cover when I bought it - I had to take the *** in and ARGUE to get the engine cover they promised to begin with. It took over a year to figure out all the issues I'm having with the truck that I bought brand new with 11 miles on it.

When I purchased my vehicle from them there was an issue with the headlight which I was told was covered under warranty. Now after diagnostic they are saying it is not covered under warranty. The price is over $2,000 and I felt comfortable because of the warranty to purchase the vehicle now I am stuck with a price that has to be fixed.

On 27 Jan 2023 *** Cooper **** negotiated a price to sell a for a **** Bronco vin ***************** which has sticker price of $62,075 for $68,075 in a text message to my wife ***********************. This is $6,000 over sticker price. My wife did not accept the price that night. I went into the dealership the next morning on 28 Jan 2023 and was told by the sales manager who spoke to my wife I would go ahead and pay $68,075 negotiated from night before and he would not sell it to me for that price saying his GM wanted $82,000 now and would not let me buy it. He went on to say people were selling them at auction for way more and could not do the deal. I am not a resailer just a customer. This is crazy price gouging and should not be allowed.

I apologize for the miscommunication on the price of our New Bronco . There are many different trim levels and packages on these units , and they are priced accordingly to the current market condiitions . This one was priced on the internet for $82,000 online from the day it arrived at our dealership . Other Bronco's with less equipment and no hardtop are priced differently and this is where the confusion happened . We regret how this went and do admit we made a mistake in pricing on your original visit, you shoulod have been quoted the online price and we have coached the people involved .
