5 stars****** and ***** at **** showed up on time, as scheduled. They explained exactly what they would be doing during the duct cleaning. They were friendly and professional, completing the job in a couple of hours and cleaning everything up before leaving. They sent images of the duct work so I could see what has been done. 5 starsHighly recommend Roth Heating based on our experience with ***** today. ***** installed an under sink filtration system quickly and professionally. 1 starWell they replaced an outside faucet in 25 min total ! Price was $608!!! The parts were under $100 easy ! So that means they charge like $1,000 an hrs labor !!! Wow ! I **mplained ate u kidding me for 20 min of work ! So they took $200 off ! Big deal ! Ill never use them again ! How much profit do u need to make ?!!! What ** a scam $$$!Review fromJudy D

We had a ruptured water heater and called **** Homes. They began work and quotes a flat charge of $4,700. I looked up the cost of the water heater they provided, which was $900 at **********. The plumber worked for 3 hours and used a small amount of miscellaneous materials. If I added 4 hours of travel the bill should still have been under $2,500. Their management refused to give a breakdown of cost and said I agreed to a lump sum amount. Ultimately they reluctantly dropped the price to $4,300, but stand by a flat rate estimate. Their Yelp reviews indicate that they are doing this to many clients. I would avoid using this company.
